Well done to the staff in union square tonight.....must have been over a dozen “kids” acting like arseholes, were warned about their behaviour and asked to leave nicely instead filmed the staff while shouting “where’s the po po”?? I’d be mortified if they were mine!!! X

User

We are loving it. We stayed in Kingswells but we thought we stay in Jury's Inn in union square over the weekend doing nothing apart from eat and walk around since no school until Thursday. So many choice for restaurants &bars and shops.

User

Was here today with 4 workmates for lunch and we were all delighted. As a non-meat eater I usually dread looking at menu's but I was honestly delighted with the options and not a single "Penne Arrabiatta" in sight (the usual option). As it turns out the other 4 meat-eaters all had vegan or vegetarian options too. Service was fabulous. No hassle, no feeling we had to ship out after we paid, in fact we were made very welcome. Will be back again. Thanks for a lovely relaxed lunch with friendly, welcoming staff.

User

My favourite place to go with my Ellen , for our mother/daughter days out 💜

User

Love this shopping centre although might be nice just have a lovely sandwich resturant xx

User

It's perfect! it's got everything you need in one place... great shops, restaurants, cafes, it's even got a cinema, and is in the perfect location (able to access bus and train station easily)!

User

I been there yesterday with my friends and everything was lovely,we had a lot fun and shopping therapy. I will be back soon.

User

Great selection of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

User

Getting better and better! Favourite shops all of them but 1 Joules, 3 Cath Kitson, 3 Next! Great Food! great people!

User

Fantastic shopping centre, lots of parking available in the multi storey, great choice of food outlets and variety of shops, first time there definately worth the drive up from glenrothes for a great day out

User

Excellent service best shopping I ever have been in last few years. Loved Jack Jones, Next and Superdry shop. Good restaurants to enjoy eat. Easy to access to train station and taxi and bus station

User

Doggy friendly shopping haven love it!

User

Always like being here. Plenty to do ie cinema /eating and shopping....if you have the money.

Not to happy with the price of parking however but is same all over aberdeen so cant moan to much.

As for parking, ALWAYS go to roof first. Normally alot of spaces there. SOME people just to lazy to push a button for lift or take the stairs

User

Again excellent shopping centre it has everything what you need too men's and women's wear good coffee shops and restaurants and most of all very good for Christmas shopping as well

User

A massive thanks to Union Square staff who helped my daughter tonight. She put her phone in one of the charging machines and forgot her code to get it back due to her having a brain injury and memory problems. She managed to contact me in a panic. I called union square and they went immediately to help her and retrieve her phone. Thanks guys

User

Plenty of shops and eating places. We only had a coffee. However every one we spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

User

Lovely shopping centre, good selection of shops and plenty of choice for dining. There's even a cinema within the centre, bonus. It's just a pity it's in Aberdeen.

User

I lost my wallet in here or somewhere around the area I've handed a notice it to union square just posting this incase someone else has found it. Thanks

User

Been here for the weekend with friends, we've had such a great time. Out for drinks and food Friday. Saturday shopping shopping and more shopping. We've loved every minute.

User

service was awful in frankie and bennies, we never got all of our order when it arrived 30 mins later it wasnt busy either then we waited 20 mins to get into a baby changing facility which a family of 5 was in with only 1 infant while we were waiting my 20 month old daughter discovered a pill on the floor which i got out of her hand just in time.. appalling!

User

Same as most shopping centres overpriced n too warm, good t be inside on a cold day tho. On the plus side canny resist a cinnamon n sugar mr pretzel...

User

Can you please review the lighting at the bus stand for 727. It's very dark and with the smoker's smoking there can be quite intimidating.

User

Went here today to get my son new shoes from Clarks. Went to the closest pay machine when I was finished, not working! Went inside, there was a massive queue as one of them wasn't working either so went back outside stood in a queue to find that the machine there wasn't accepting card payments...I had no change on me so back inside to queue! Then I have to pay £2.50 for 24 minutes in the car park is daylight robbery! Will not be heading back to park at Union Square anytime soon. Very stressful experience especially when my 19 month old is starting to get impatient.

User

Usually quite a pleasant experience, but today there no heating on at the bus station end of Union Square, it was so cold! I asked someone in a shop who said that you had refused to switch it on!

User

Parking a joke, more spaces for washing your car, machines for paying always broken, poor internet inside the mall, not unless you log onto stores that to be honest must be using the malls one as total crap....rant over.

User

Despite repeated requests to management, they never get the house lights on and off in sync with the opera and ballet programmes.

User

You can't mind your own business there. People will agressively disturb you in an attempt to apply moisturiser.

User

Yesterday my daughter nearly 2 years of age took a turn in her buggy. Screaming, being sick and turning blue. I was looking around for help which My mum ran into a shop and they pushed a button for first aider to help. A young boy in early 20s came walking down to meet me to stand and look at me to say think u need to go to a&e. I said can u call 999 for me please? Sorry I don’t carry a phone on me. So my mum looked for her phone while another manger and 2 other people arrived to just stand and watch while we was on phone to the lady who didn’t know where union square was as the calling centre is in Glasgow. The lady was now asking for the post code of union Square which young guy did help then gave me the phone back. Then I hung up as got told they was busy and babies do cry. So I decided to get a taxi while the manger is telling me I’ll give u free parking. Which was last thing on my mind! By this time my daughter is wanting to sleep going grey and still being sick. Know one was trained to help with this situation or can call 999 for you which I think it disgusting. Im also pregnant again and was needing help. My daughter ended up with Intussusception which is the bowel going into its self and dangerous. It’s put me off going back to centre the way I was treated yesterday.

User

Why is the entire complex closed today? No need for it and bus passengers are left standing outside in the freezing cold. Absolute joke.

User

Why do you have charging machines that never work. Been in for past 4 weeks and never on that works. Can you please explain

User

Was at Frankie and Benny’s yesterday with my hubby. Both ordered the Ultimate mixed grill with salad. Looked great on the plate BUT steak was so grizzly and chewy my hubby choked. The chicken fillet was so over cooked that it was dry and crumbled like chalk in your mouth. The drumsticks were burnt beyond consumption. Only things edible were the ribs and the salad.

Staff were not helpful and didn’t tend to our complaint.

User

They do not offer wheel chairs for customers to use

User

Parking at the centre is a JOKE!!! Paid ticket at shopping level! Got the lift up to the top level to go back to car with 3 kids! Got in car in drove to exit carpark, put the ticket in machine to lift barrier and it comes up with time exceeded, I pushed the intercom button to be told I took too long to get back to the car, you have 15 mins to get back and I would need to go back and pay more cash, aye right I don’t think so with 3 kids in car and me being pregnant! Who on earth thought up this idea! 15 mins to get back to a car and get out especially when u have kids!! JOKE!!!

User

No where near enough security in the centre. Walking through with my pushchair yesterday and a cyclist, cycling through the centre almost knocks us over. Instead of apologising for this he hurtled abuse, screamed in my face and made threatening remarks towards me and my daughter, where were the security? Nowhere to be found so I couldn't even report this if I tried. Meanwhile the concessions surrounding as well as those on desk at customer service stared on offering no assistance. Thanks union square way to create a safe environment for families letting any old psychopath cycle in from off the street!

User

It was a total nightmare had to stand waiting for toilet for 10 minutes couldn't get a car space was about to leave when finally got one, couldn't get a seat at Costa. I shan't ever go there on a Saturday again ever. I never saw any security which is rather worrying with the terror situation that's going on at the moment.

User

I normally like Union Square but the parking today was an absolute disgrace. It took me well over 30mins to find a parking space. I was told that the car park was full and had 10 mins free to find a space. but elsewhere when the car park is full it tends to be one in one out, so didn't think it would be an issue!! However the car park attendants were letting everyone in causing gridlock on each floor....It was pandemonium in the outside car park I had to stalk a poor guy leaving the pay point to his car just to get even the smallest chance to get a space. This clearly needs to be looked at!!

User

Customer Service at Union Square Centre is horribly unprofessional. They signed my parcel, delivered on Wednesday(the person name who signed was Carol ) and they lost my parcel .Today, at Friday I had got the message that the parcel ( Chrismas gift) they sent back to Very because someone makes mistake. They advised my contact with Very, phoned to Very (60 minutes on the phone) and they have no idea where is my parcel. It is ridiculous service, totally unprofessional. Dorota

User

Contractors are allowed 20 minutes in the service yard and are then told to go into the car park and have to pay to work in the mall. I was always made to believe that service yards was for service vehicles servicing tenants equipment if it’s not for service purposes should it not be called a loading area. Certain security staff should be reminded that if it wasn’t for the tenants/occupiers of the units then they wouldn’t have a job.

User

Absolute joke. Mini bus stuck in multi-storey car park but they’ve not closed or changed parking sign on entry. Having a great trip to the city driving round and round the car park in the pissing rain with NO SPACES!! One bloke is stopping traffic going up to multi-storey. Still a raft o cars coming into car park. Technically yer car park is shut!

User
