Evelina is extremely professional and Shellac nails last for three weeks without chipping or peeling. Fantastic choice of colours and so carefully and beautifully done. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Does the best eyebrow shape/tint ever 5* service x

This is by far the worst salon and worst customer service I have experienced. I have no clue why they sell vouchers and shut the door on the customers face when we try to use the vouchers.

I bought a Groupon voucher for manicure and few days before it expires, I asked for an appointment. the lady not only had an appointment, but also told me that she will give an appointment after the expiry date and no problem at all.... Then I had to change the date due to personal reasons. When I go to get the service done, she says it's expired and I cannot use the voucher. Because I don't have a phone recording, she simply denied that she promised the appointment after the expiry date. Saying so, she just slammed the door on my face. I have never been treated like this in my life before. Though I have heard all bad reviews about this place, I just wanted to try the voucher. I would never go back to this place simply because I do have some self respect. If anyone care about your self respect and dignity, please please please don't go there ever again or buy their vouchers.
