Went in to buy fish and ended up buying them and a ball python for my daughter, Cheryl has been fab always on hand with advice nd to reassure us, her pleasant happy manner stops you feeling stupid or a bother, highly recomend for everything from live animals to food. Keep up the good work girls be in soon�

Recently got our first leopard gecko and have faint a lot of knowledge on how to care for her! I would highly recommend to go for information and help when choosing your reptile!

Purchased my 2 ADF from here yesterday, staff was great very polite and helpful. Will be returning �� thanks for my little guys!

I shop at waterworld all the time for products for my water dragons and I got my two water dragons from there also. There animals are very well looked after and the reptiles they supply are from very good breeders as you can tell by there colours and there energy, I have never had reptiles so healthy from elsewhere than here. The staff are very helpful and give you all the advice you will ever need. They have a large variety of different reptiles and fish but I do hope they eventually get more exotic and crazy reptiles in the near future as I have been looking for an Australian water dragon for a while now but they are very hard to get. Thank you very much for all your service and advice you have given me and thank you for my two beautiful water dragons that I love dearly.

I have a bearded dragon and always go in for live food . Makes you want to buy a fish tank as soon as you walk in.

I got both my bearded dragons and both my mountain horned dragons from water world and have nothing but praise for them! all the animals are well looked after and so healthy.. if recommend anyone looking for any reptiles, fish spiders etc to head down to them as they are amazing.. we pop in every week for food for our reptiles and accessories etc for our vivs and I wouldn't think of going else where.. they are amazing..

Fantastic shop , could walk round for hours ! Friendly people and extremely helpful. We went in for plants for our aquarium and came out with a Tarantula!! � so chuffed with it

Brilliant shop, extremely helpful staff and a good selection of fish and corals. I've bought a lot of fish from here and never had any problems. Also when I've had a problem or issue with my tank they've been there to help me out. Definitely the best shop in or around Aberdeen.

Awesome place. I own frogs and have been looking for replacements for 2 that passed. I spotted this shop and fell in love. The animals are well looked after, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.



They were happy to spend time with me interacting with, and cooing over their gorgeous selection of reptiles. I'd easily have spent all day there if not for my impatient friend who was with me.



I wanted to buy the whole shop. Ended up getting two baby crested geckos and I love them. Thanks guys, I'll be back and will let you know how my babies are doing 😊

As a newbie to tropical fish waterworld is amazing. The staff are so helpful and patient and keep you right with all aspects of keeping an aquarium.

Absolutely love this place. Have been going there since I was a kid nowadays I'm taking my son in with me. �he loves all the fish and all the other animals too particularly the newts today and the water dragons. Always a pleasure when chatting with the friendly staff. Bought our bigger tank from the team here a few years back and have never looked back, external filter definitely was the way to go! Just want to say a special thank you to the staff today for taking in our silver shark that had just got too big for our tank. We will miss him. Loving the new fish purchased today. ��

Well done Craig and Katie thanks for coming to my house at 7.30 pm.and trying to sort my filter, did not happen and they said to me back in half hour with a replacement and put it altogether and got my flow back and running well appreciated and no charge thanks again guys you were brill,a late night, lol

Poor service poor communication never refunded for something that was there fault not mine !!!!!
