It sits 3 miles west of Aberdeen City Centre, Train Station and Ferry Terminal. Aberdeen Airport is 6 miles from the cottage. A bus stop serving the city centre and more is within a few minutes’ walk from the property with buses every 15 minutes.
Within walking distance is Hazelhead Golf Courses and Hazelhead Park. There is also a cycle route towards Westhill or the city a few minutes from the cottage.
A convenience store is located across the road about 5 minutes walk away.
