In Summer 2017 I did my 200 hour teacher training in Ko Samui, Thailand.
Now I am determined to help others, giving them the confidence and knowledge to be able to facilitate their own yoga practice and start their own yoga journey, both mentally and physically.

This Tuesday I will be teaching a relaxing and calming class for de stressing students before exams and deadlines start (or are already in the middle of them) 👩🏻💻
The practise will be mainly Yin based, with a yoga nidra to finish off.
Taking this time out and working on yourself is so good for your mental health during this stressful time and helps your focus and concentrate more when your studying ✨

Yesterday evening I had the delightful pleasure to teach yoga to a beautiful bride and her party before the wedding day 👰🏻🤵🏻 We balanced our anahata chakra ❤️ and finished off with a yoga nidra to prepare for the big day. ✨ Thank you ladies for letting me teach in the most stunning space I have ever taught and thank you to the bride for letting me part of your special day 🌸
This is what rainy Sunday mornings are for 🌧💤 dressed in comfy clothes, hairs a mess, drinking tea ☕️ writing classes and making new sequences 🧘🏻♀️
I have a very exciting class this week ahead then I will hopefully be back with the Aberdeen uni yogis after 💛
