User

love it love it love it....we always have so much fun....plenty to do ...we average about 4 hrs in this place ..it uses up the excess energy my boys have

User

Visited here for the first time today and loved it my daughter who's 2 and just recently potty trained needed a wee while we were in the queue to register and the lady behind the counter offered one of us to go through to the toilet with her while I finished registering us which I thought was pretty decent of her so thanks so much for that.. the whole play area is amazing I loved the vets where you can go and pretend to examine the animals my daughter had such a good time I definitely will be coming back Thank you so much xx

User

Just had my son and daughters private party here. Was absolutely amazing. Staff were polite and very helpful. Actively asking what they could do to help, particularly Josh. Everyone had an amazing time and I would definitely hire again. Thanks all

User

I'd like to give a shout out to my girl Ella on the reception for re-configuring the lock I bought ages ago and forgot the code to. This young lady took it upon herself to find the key combination so it could be reset to another code.

Give this girl a raise!

Cheers,

Mital

Had my sons 5th birthday party here and I couldn't fault the service the kids enjoyed the play and food had a good dance And all left having had a great time. Staff were all great from booking the party untill we left once it was finished. One of the children had a nut allergy and I forgot to bring sweets for him instead of the cake and the staff happily supplied some sweets to go into his party bag instead so he wasn't left out. More than happy with everything and would recommend to friends and family.

User

Fab place. Lots to do and great that dodgems etc are included in the price unlike most soft play. It's brilliant that adults can fit in the large soft play and can play with the kids. We had a fab day highly recommended.

User

Staff are lovely, place is big and plenty to do, getting in and out seems to take a while but I understand that is because of increased security measures for the children so I am in total understanding of this, food was nice and as clean as a children area can be so all in all we have enjoyed ours visits and par took of the 50% offer for annual membership so we will be visiting regularly for a while yet x

User

Recently taken little one to a party here and I must say how impressed I was!

The centre itself is great, clean and tidy with lots to do including soft play, play shops and rides, and the food is tasty too.

Credit must go to the team for everything they did, especially Ella the party hostess, what a fab job she did, very bubbly and professional. She couldn't do enough to help us and allow the birthday kids parents to relax. kids all had a brilliant time and Ella entertained them all with disco dances, a mascot and even got the adults involved in the birthday fun which we all enjoyed more than we will admit!!!! Can tell staff here all care about going the extra mile.

Thank you to Ella and the 360 team for such great fun, will def be back to play soon!

User

Really enjoyed bringing my daughter here yesterday for her 2nd birthday. I think the £5 registration fee is a bit of a rip off as it literally took the lady 2 minutes to register us in. £23 for 3 adults and a 2 year old. The food and drinks are expensive. We must have easily spent £50 overall for a few hours here. Pricing is the only problem and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. As a play area I had just as much fun if not more than my daughter. So different to any other play area I've been to and loved the dodgems. Will come back again but only for special occasions.

User

I took my 4 and 8 year old boys here today and they LOVED it! We stayed for hours (no kick out after two hours like some places!) and they had a great time, especially on the go-karts and carousel. A couple of issues - please clean the menus, they were really dirty and off-putting. Make sure staff are consistent with height rules - one member of staff let a child in our group go on the go-karts alone, on his next go another member of staff measured him (for a lot longer than necessary, it was a bit odd!) and said he was too small . Lastly the staff are very slow in the café. Apart from these issues the place is fun, with loads to do. Definitely recommend. Could someone please just explain the £5 registration fee tho please? Took the lady on the desk about two seconds to input our details, why do you need £5 to do that?

User

Had my sons 5th birthday party here. He absolutely loved it and so did his friends! Stephen our host was great with the kids and very helpful. The kids loved there dance/games and again thanks to stephen being great host. If i have to say anything would be cost, maybe over a party of 10 the costs are not so much per child?! But my son loved it and very happy.

User

Great play area for the kids to explore but received terrible customer service when I was told I couldn't feed my 11 month old son the pack up I'd brought in for him despite, (which I found out afterwards), it stating in the 360 Play terms and conditions that :

'No food or drinks can be consumed at the center, unless purchased on the premises. However, it is permitted to bring food and drink for new born babies (under 1 year)'.

User

Great choice of things for kids. But honestly - charging £3.50 per adult is just ridiculous. Chances are that we will buy food, coffee, juice and everything else and we have to pay for that privilege. Staff at entrance were lovely but everyone else looked like they didn't want to be there. Such a shame because the idea of the place is fantastic!

User

Won’t be rushing back to Play360, myself and my sister in law and our girls (aged 3 and 1) paid £32 to go today. We were there for approximately an hour. This was the first time we had been.

Granted it is half term so we knew it would be busy, but it was ridiculous. No seats for us so we had to sit on the floor.

It was a lot smaller than we thought it would be, the toddler area is tiny and not enclosed so little ones can wonder out. Not ideal.

I didn’t give 1 star as we did enjoy the imagination village. Overall, very overpriced for what you get and I will not be returning.

User

Not great! I don't recommend at all it says you can bring babies and there is a baby section but there's not it's just a mat! And a few plastic balls! And it's a free for all! Older kids running through the tiny baby bit chucking stuff around, like a free for all. Nothing for babies there! I had to pay to sit on a plastic mat and the staff - they are clueless, I hate to say it but the girl on the desk was slow and didn't really make anything clear. Don't waste your money or time.

User

I thought the playing facilities were great, although I shudder to think what it would be like at half term. However, what an absolute rip-off! Also we couldn’t go out to eat so had to spend a high price for the low rent food that they provide, which was cold!

Would be much better if they did a wrist band so you could come and go and enjoy the other facilities at the park

User

Went for my granddaughters birthday left us down stairs for the kids to run around, not a problem, called us upstairs for the party kids had dry burgers cold chips couple of dances, goodie bag, balloons, coats on and out.. we went back down and a member of staff said to my daughter can you get your party to leave now, staff all smiles when we got there soon as the party finished that it now get out..!!

User

Utterly disgusted arrived to a party for my 6 year old son with an 11 year old in tow due to childcare issues. Explained she would not play as far too old to play at such a facility. The plan was to give her dinner whilst minding my son. They would not allow her to enter the facility until we paid £5.50 to enter! What a joke! Thank you 360 for not allowing me to supervise my own child and having to leave a child in tears😡Will not be held to ransom and we therefore never visit your establishment again!

User

Took my 6 year old to a party and was told I would have to pay £3.50 each for me and my son and £9.50 for my daughter to sit in the cafe. I refused to pay as I had already paid £10 to get there in a taxi and it would be another £10+ to get home. We were then told that we would have to leave, the gate was opened and I did not even get a chance to explain to my 6 year old that we could not stay. She was then worried and did not enjoy the party. As for me and my other 2 children, we were left in the cold up the Meridian with 2 hours to spare. We ended up going into the Hollywood Bowl which was a lot more welcoming.

When I picked my daughter up after the party I told the woman on the desk that I would be complaining and her reaction was to laugh and say 'you do what you have to do!'

My 16 year old son was shocked by her rude and unprofessional manner.

I did complain but received no reply until I complained to head office.

Leicester's manager then sent me a gobbledygook email back.

My 6 year old has said that she never wants to go to 360 again and I have reassured her that I will not be returning there!

Appalling customer service!
