--Kitchen with Oven, Hob and Microwave, TV, Hoover.
--Duvets and Pillows are NOT provided for hygiene purposes.
--Bathroom with walk in shower.

The caravan is based about 100 meters from the entrance of Fantasy Island and Eastgate Market. The caravan accommodates 8 people with 3 bedrooms (1 Double & 2 Twin rooms) a kitchen with Oven, Hob and Microwave, a generously sized lounging area complete with dining table, coffee table, television and hoover.

Please bring your own sheets and pillowcases for hygiene purposes, Duvets and Pillows have been provided.

Small Dogs considered but any damage must be paid for.

The caravan’s availability is from the 1st of March until the last week of November. We offer only Friday to Friday bookings only. (Weekends may be possible outside of peak months of June - August). No Smoking allowed inside the caravan, any smoke damage found will result in the loss of your deposit.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

All bookings require a deposit of £100 and a receipt will be given. The deposit will be an additional payment to secure your booking date and cover any costs of damage and breakages in the caravan if necessary. The deposit will be fully reimbursed to you after a full inspection of the caravan is completed after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE: The deposit is refundable until 2 months before your holiday date. Cancelling your booking within the 2 month period will result in the loss of your deposit as a cancellation fee.

Due to cleaning and inspection we kindly ask you to vacate the caravan at 10am on the Friday you leave. This will allow us to observe the caravan for our next occupants to arrive at 1pm.
