Will be using again, very happy �

The polar bear snow globe was so popular Christmas 2107 when I tried to order a 2nd one they were out of stock. I ticked the box to request notification when back in stock and 2 weeks ago I got an email to say they were back in, I ordered 2 straight away and within a week the personalised snow globes arrived, individually boxed and well packed ...Thank you for a great service.

Received my order today just in time for Christmas and I love it! The tea pot is beautiful and the glasses case also lovely. I will have 2 happy parents on Christmas day. Thank you for your quick service

Ordered personalised noahs ark christening box and noahs ark bible for my daughters christening.. Ordered on the 24th April and received it today so only 2 days delivery. It is beautiful and amazing quality. Will definietly be ordering from here again �

I ordered personalized twinkle twinkle stars after a sad loss � and they are just perfect. The perfect gift for a keepsake for my best friends children. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed of the progress of my order. Would highly recommend and would order again �

I ordered a personalised vase to be presented at our language school's 40th anniversary party; the vase is perfect and the customer service could not have been friendlier. When I realised that the PayPal e-cheque wouldn't clear on time, I was able to pay by card over the phone and they immediately refunded the PayPal monies after the cheque cleared. Thank you so much!

Have just received my granddaughters first christmas bauble and cutlery set with her name on. Very helpful staff at end of telephone as I don't order on line. Thanks

Was very nice frame with the personalised writing, but I maybe should of checked the size was hoping it would be a tad bigger.

There were some issues with our order in regards to it not turning up on time, some initial communication issues and the first one then lacking the quality expected. Having said this, mistakes can happen. And hat's off to Ian, who quickly corrected and replaced the faulty product within 24hrs, and refunded the initial postage.



We (as a company) will continue to use A Little Bit Special thanks to this proactive approach; as they were honest in taking ownership of the mistakes made and everything up until now has been fantastic quality. Thank you.

I ordered the personalised reindeer glass bauble. The service was excellent and I received it within the time estimated. The bauble itself is really lovely and a great size. The reason I am unable to give this item more than three stars is that I had this bauble personalised and you can barely see the personalisation which is a real shame.

Be extremely careful with delivery times. On ordering an engraved item, the site will say ' in production' immediately and indicate 3 - 5 working days for delivery.

I ordered an anniversary gift on 4th September and it didn't come until 13th September which was too late. Presentation box ( although complimentary) was a bit tacky and way too big for the item. Wouldn't use again.

You sent my (gorgeous) niece an order of slippers for her mother's Christmas gift. They arrived today - 2 days before Christmas. I do not know how you'd call them slippers! They look like a complementary pair given by a hotel with stickers on. This product is appalling, cheap-looking and should not be sold! Please withdraw this inferior 'product' from your website should another child try to purchase for their mother's gift. My niece is incredibly disappointed. I'm afraid you ought to be too, for trying to pass this off as a product. Well done, 'NotOneBitSpecial'

Ordered an item in middle of January and have never recieved it. When I contacted this company they said I should check with royal mail as they sometimes don't leave a card if ive missed delivery. Contacted royal mail on 3 occasions who had no record of a delivery being made.



Recieved a further email from a little bit special stating my item had been sent back from royal mail (which doesnt make sense if they did not have anything when i called) and if I wanted it redelivered I need to send money for postage. Sent this money and have still not recieved my original order. Absolute joke - do not order from here!!

Ordered Christmas bauble as a memory of our dog we lost this year. It never arrivered. When I got intouch with them they said sorry but we can’t deliver it by Christmas! It they had contacted me when they realised there was a problem. I would have had time to get an alternative. Therefore I have no memorial bauble of my beloved dog. Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I asked for a mug with my friend's catchphrase on it, which includes her name. They sent me a mug with both her name and my name on it. When I approached them to say there had been a mistake, I was rudely told that it was what I asked for and they were not willing to refund or exchange the item. Terrible customer service and rude staff.

Have only just received baubble with no attachment or string (says colour of string may vary?!) Part of snow flake missing and mark on baubble. Want a replacement asap please! Also unable to contact by phone??!! If issue not resolved will contact trade and standards!!!
