We have had our annual review from the NIC EIC today. I’m pleased to say that we sailed through the process, the assessor also complemented us on our neat work as well as our understanding of BS 7671 including testing and inspection.

Plot 1 all complete down at the Barnstone project, 5 bed, 3 bathrooms, media boxes, smart showers, underfloor heating dry and wet, complete with mood lighting !!! 😎🙌🏻

This week we have been working with Pete & Rosy carrying out various electrical installations to meet their requirements.
They handed us this as we wrapped up.

⚡️Another project powered up this week⚡️ plot 4 down at ruddington Lace Gardens. The final plot of phase 2.

⚡️Power is on⚡️!!! We popped down to this beauty to get some lights and power on. More pictures to follow.

2nd fix completed down at Ruddington on our Lace Gardens housing project.

Nest smart heating system fitted this week!!

Electric heating install completed for a local estate agents, all heaters have there own day by day timers with a built in controller. ⏱🌗

1st fix completed on this luxury 5 bed property, Smart lighting system, Smart underfloor heating, Media points with 100mtr WiFi. More pics to follow 👀 🏠 👌🏻
