This was my go to salon when I was at Uni in Nottingham, always had amazing service and so glad I found Natasha as she is one of the best hairdressers I have ever had! Always made my blonde hair look fab. Recommemded to a few friends who have also had brilliant service.

Really impressed with the service, Sarah has done an amazing job with my highlights ( desperately overdue and did full head despite my booking being for half a head as she's so speedy!) I support two young men who are wheelchair users with complex disabilities. We had previously been going to a different barbers but he really did a bad job and didn't seem to have time to accommodate the guys or wait for them to calm down when they needed a minute. So we decided to give AJs a try. We went for our third visit today. The guys at AJs are always happy to see us and very accommodating. They worked around the needs of our young men and treat them like any other customer. An excellent service and definitely recommended to other work colleagues!

Had my hair coloured and cut by the lovely Bella this morning...she has transformed me yet again and bought a smile to my face...love the colour Bella and thankyou to all the staff at AJ Richardson...always love my salon appoinments...the salon is relaxed yet professional...customer service and before and after care always excellent...keep it up ladies...you are all doing a great job.

Bella is such an amazing hairdresser. Not only do I have a fantastic laugh I get an amazing cut and colour every time. After the hair cut from hell at another barbers Jordan was recommended to me tonight by a friend! He stayed late when he didn't need to, to fix my 14 years old hair and to be honest I never thought he'd do such a fantastic job! My son is over the moon and has already told me this is his new barber!

Talented staff it's a shame they don't operate within the hours they advertise. So many times now my teenage boys have gone on a late night and been turned away at 5 pm despite having called to check availability for 5.30 pm. So annoyed.

No appointment service appears not to work...or have we missed a sign saying gents close early on late night.

Not communicative. Wasted an hour sitting around only to be told - when the hairdresser was ready - that the only other person waiting had an appointment, so I'd be waiting even longer. Would have been nice to know that when I walked in: I'm busy and I'm not there for your convenience, I'm the customer.
