Another of yesterday's striking cakes. A deep Cadbury purple teamed with metallic silver and a gorgeous marble tier, dressed with sugar flowers. Congratulations to the lovely bride and groom. <3

Been looking forward to making this one for months. Such a pretty colour combination and it was massive - that ruffled base cake is 14" x 7"! :O (Original inspo from a cotton and crumbs cake but with a few customer changes and Amelia Rose tweaks that I hope have done it justice) Hope you like it. <3

POLITE REQUEST TO MY CUSTOMERS This time of year is incredibly busy and I am working very long hours to fulfil all my lovely wedding orders to a high standard. The sheer volume of messages, emails, phone calls and walk in enquiries on a daily basis is absolutely vast and I deal with each one personally. I also bake every cake, fill and cover each cake, make all the flowers and decorations, assemble each cake and deliver each and every wedding cake order myself. Please, pleas...e, please be mindful of the quantity of messages and queries that you send through. Is it really essential? Most of the information that is requested is clearly found in the detailed contract you were given when ordering. I pride myself on my customer service but the reality is - the more time I spend on admin, the less time I have for making beautiful cakes. (I am also a daughter, wife and mother and whilst I absolutely love the job I do I also love my family and deserve a little time with them too.) If the query is urgent it will always be dealt with but I do prioritise my admin at this time of year in order to cope with the peak of my work flow and deliver the immediate orders to a high standard. I hope you can all understand that and will be assured that your order will receive that priority when it is your time. Thank you for your understanding and for your ongoing support and please be patient with me if I can’t reply immediately. <3

Apologies to anyone still awaiting a reply to an enquiry. Due to the recent tragic loss of my father I have been concentrating on urgent matters and current orders as my priority, having made the decision NOT to cancel anyone. There is a backlog of admin that I am attempting to catch up with but please bare with me as I plough through it all. Yesterday was the funeral - a very difficult day for our whole family so I hope you will understand that I am still not up to full speed. Loved the end result of this striking wedding cake delivered to the stunning Rockingham Castle. A cascade of sugar flowers, a hand piped tier (that took over 4 hours to pipe!) And a gorgeous marble tier with silver leaf detail. Many congratulations to the bride and groom.

Wow how on earth did you get a 1 review - sour grapes me thinks! Anyway I found Leean to be very helpful, informative and professional when communicating with me regarding my order request for my Hubby's 60th Birthday - LCFC, Carp Fishing and Golf being his main hobbies so not an easy remit. The finished cake was bloody AMAZING and surpassed my expectations. Thankyou once again. I would highly recommend Leean to produce a fantastic cake!

Wow ....just wow. I contacted with an idea for a cake and she explained what she would do and sent me a pic of a similar cake. Looking at the previous cakes I thought it would be good but it was absolutely stunning my daughter was overwhelmed by it - that k you so much you really made her 21st special

This lady is absolutely amazing ,she made a stunning Frozen cake for my daughter's 5th birthday which surpassed way above my expectations & tasted as good as it looked.

Pretty much everyone was complimenting how beautiful it was & had some 'jealous' mummies who said I'd set the cake bar a bit too high!!

I'd contacted about a dozen companies & the giant cupcake company was speedy to get back, great at discussing & adapting my ideas with good honest ,friendly conversation.

I'd give 6 stars out of 5 if i could!!

There aren't enough superlatives to express how thrilled I was with the Dottie the dog cake I had made for my daughters 40th birthday, it surpassed all my expectations, so lifelike and all done from a few photographs, not only did it look wonderful but also tasted wonderful, thank you, thank you, thank you

The lady did my grandads cake at short notice she was able to fit us in, it tasted amazing my grandad loved it, thank you

The cakes were fantastic and everyone was impressed with everything from the main wedding cake to the small individual cakes, the main cake was too pretty to cut up and was incredible to look at with all the guests commenting on how lovely it both looked and tasted, you really captured what we wanted and presented it beautifully.



The individual cakes proved to be very popular with guests taking them home as expected, so popular in fact we were lucky to hold onto a couple for ourselves!!.

Thank you again for helping to make it such a special occasion and we are both so pleased that we chose you to make what is without doubt the centrepiece of any wedding, it is something that will be talked about for many years to come.

Leean made our cake for our wedding on Friday and it was more then i ever could of imagined! We explained we were having an outdoor theme and would like a log effect cake. What Leean created was amazing. She is so professional and never let us down. Thank you Leean for helping to make our day magical xx

It was my sons 21st birthday so I wanted a special cake ... Leean certainly did that !

This was his last suprise of the day, he loved it a cake that was a replica of his car !

Not only did the cake look amazing, it tasted it too !!

I told her I needed a trolls cake for 40 kids for my daughter's birthday last week (with only a few days notice!) and left her to it. Sitting with me and breaking down what I really wanted and what was important made an overwhelming experience an enjoyable one. Leann made it easy - lots of examples, lots of ideas. It was important I stayed in budget so I appreciated the realistic conversations. I never felt as though I compromised and my tower of beautiful cupcakes and cake top blew my mind! Expectations were well and truly met. I walked in to my reception room with the cake delivered and set up ready with no stress. It was amazing and a WOW moment. Highly recommend this service.

Excellent service! I was over the moon when I collected my daughters 'Sofia the First' birthday cake! I thought it would be a standard round cake but we ended up with a beautiful castle!!! My daughters face was a picture! Everybody at her party complimented it (the staff at her party venue said it was the best cake they had seen!) We got lots of lovely pics too! I shall definitely be using the Giant Cupcake again....and will recommend to friends and family!! Thank you xxx

I chose one chocolate tier and a vanilla tier. It tasted lovely. The detail and colours were amazing!!

Amelia Rose created me a beautiful cake with only a few weeks notice for my mothers 60th. The cake was two tier and in a knitting theme with basket, wool ,scissors, buttons and knitting needles! The detail was stunning and it was almost all edible! We chose a lemon flavour which was light and tasted lovely. Would highly recommend her to anyone considering having a cake made.

Amelia Rose cakes created me an absolutely wonderful hanging wedding cake. She had the stand made especially for me and it was beautiful!! 3 tiers with an extra smaller cake that hung to the side that has been saved for a future christening cake. People didnt even realise the flowers were sugar as they are so realistic! i couldnt have asked for anything better. I've had so many lovely comments on how pretty it was and it tasted really good too!! allready ordered another Amelia Rose cake for my brothers graduation. I would highly reccomend!!!
