Delivery and Returns
When you place your order we will pick, pack and despatch on the same working day, if your order is placed before 3pm. Your delivery will be with you within 3 working days, usually sooner. If on the rare occasion we have any problems with your order, we will be in touch with you. You can then decide whether you would like to wait for your order, cancel or take a look at some recommended alternatives.
And, if you are not totally happy when you have purchased from us, you can arrange to return the item and receive a full refund.
