To quote the guys at T-Nation "The Turkish Get Up requires shoulder stability and control, core strength, and leg drive – all things that are important to lifting heavy-ass weights."

With me having to work another shift tomorrow morning and with the drop down to 4 attending, I'm going to pull the plug on Sunday's fitness class from now on.

Okay so I'm back from my impromptu 2nd holiday and I'm genuinely back to normal.
But I would like to thank everyone at work and all of my clients for being so accomodating for my 2nd trip out to Portugal, I really needed a bit more time away from home I think :)

Just got back from the holiday so it's back to normal now, however the class this Wednesday won't be happening due to the football being on and alot of people have cancelled already ⚽️
I will be working instead so the rest of management can watch it instead!

I'm on holiday starting Sunday 6am until the following Sunday 11pm, so will be cancelling the next 2 Sundays and next Wednesday's class as I'm In Croatia partying 🇭🇷 and then Portugal partying! 🇵🇹

Check out this 3 year transformation from Brooke! (U.S.)
Why? Brooke had started to develop serious medical issues as a result of her weight and decided "I didnt want to die from something I could control"
How? She limited herself to 1200 calories per day with plenty of protein and vegetables and pre prepared her meals
... What's next? I asked Brooke what her goals were and she said once she's medically cleared she wants to start to weight train and train in hand to hand aswell!

With a drop in attendance and interest shifting to my Wednesday class, I'm going to cancel tomorrow's boxing class and see what can be done to pick up the numbers before I possibly consider hanging it up for good :(

A preview of my current eating; following a recovery period after my last fight, I've started back well with my eating habits.
Featuring almost everyday is a breakfast of Omelette and Oatmeal, followed by some old but gold prepped Chicken and Rice, generally twice a day.

... I hope the pictures put across how nice these meals are if cooked right!
And if done right, healthy, goal focused eating isn't actually that bad! Nice food is easy to eat, and healthy food can be as nice as you want it to be!

After speaking with Christine Galgano, US (pictured below) she was happy for me to share her recent fitness story.
In 2014 Christine suffered a life threatening Lupus flare which forced her to stop all of her training and competing, after suffering numerous Chemo treatments and therapy she started her journey back to to the top and now look at her!
"It has been an uphill battle these past few years but I have learnt so much about myself along the way"

Would highly recommend Andrew as a personal trainer. His plans are super well fitted to work around your lifestyle and what you are trying to achieve, meaning no excuses - however hard you try! His pt sessions are really engaging and fun. I can definitely see and feel a difference after starting with him!

Would highly recommend Andrew as a personal trainer. Every session is different and fun. I use equipment that I wouldn't dare pick up before. He pushes me each week and i see the difference in my body and fitness after just 12 weeks. His boxing class on a Sunday morning at 11.00 is fab and not full of gym bunnies but genuinely friendly people interested in exercise. Andrew makes sure everyone feels apart of the class and pushes everone individually.

Noticeable differences in a short space of time, also very encouraging to help me achieve my goals.
