Memory blankets, memory cushions and memory bears.
Memory blankets, cushions and bears are not toys and are intended for decorative use only, As these are made from worn clothing and not new materials, please follow the guide lines below. However they are a great keepsake and a marvellous century piece. The memory blankets are made in mind for show and I do leave a gap at the top of the blanket where a metal rod or wooden rail can be inserted through and hung up as a Great Wall hanging as centre piece in baby's bedroom or mum and dads room.
Patchwork quilts
Washing instructions Patchwork quilts To wash your patchwork quilt I would recommend a cool setting such as a wool wash a short spin leave to air dry. Then a cool tumble dry for 10 minutes to fluff up again. If required a light iron to finish.
Safety These Keepsakes are not designed or intended for use as a toy. As each one is so individual, it cannot be CE approved and so do not comply with any toy safety guidelines and are not deemed safe as a toy by law. They are not designed or intended for use in play by children under 16 Years of age. Each keepsake is stuffed with CE safety approved stuffing or wadding and safety eyes are used. Anne-Marie and Carla's home sewing does not accept any liability for the misuse of these decorative keepsakes.
Some keepsakes include safety eyes and ribbons and I only use polyester toy fibre fill that is fire retardant and it complies to British safety standards.
Care of your memory blankets and memory cushions and memory bears
Should any of the above become dirty then please use a damp cloth to clean.

After nearly sending my sons precious baby clothes off to someone who wasnt telling the truth about her skills I found Anne Marie

From the moment I first made contact to receiving the blanket she was brilliant throughout. Listened to what I wanted, sent updates and came up with her own creative parts.

The memory blanket is stunning and such good quality. Will definitely be using her again to make more!!

Just received my memory bear and baby comfort blanket. What can I say this is one very talented lady. My mum passed away last year before meeting my little girl. I was looking for something to give my little girl from nanna. Anne-Marie's was very helpful in giving me options. I finally decided on a memory bear. While choosing the clothes to use my little girl really liked one of my mums tops she was so happy holding this. So I decided to ask if it would be possible to turn this into a comfort blanket. Yes it was...... And the results are fantastic. I look forward to the many cuddles to come and sharing stories and memories of the best nanna in the world. I've just received my memory blanket Anne-Marie made for my daughters 2nd Birthday. It's gorgeous and I'm over the moon with it. It's very creative and is a lovely keepsake. I would recommend and I'm sure I will be buying another in the future!

I thought I'd left my review but apparently not!� I cannot sing Anne-Marie's praises high enough!! After another woman completely ruined my baby's 1st clothes with terrible workmanship, I approached Anne-Marie in tears (with some trepidation after that experience) to see if she could salvage the 'blanket'. What she did with those items was nothing short of MAGIC!! I now have the most BEAUTIFUL, WELL MADE blanket made from my daughter's precious 1st clothes. More tears were shed, this time tears of joy and gratitude! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Anne-Maries services!!xxx

I ordered 2 memory blankets & 2 cushions & honestly they look amazing � I've liked alot of these types of pages & looked through their work but I thought I'd try this one & I'm so glad I did. Getting daily updates & pictures about the process is lovely instead of not hearing anything until you blankets made, this means you can make a lovely scrapbook to go with the blanket � prices are very reasonable aswel compared to other pages I've seen. All in all I love them � money well spent for some lovely keepsake which my babies can hand down to their future children � I would highly recommend �

I had some cushion's made for my friend who recently lost her mum, they were made from her mum's clothing and still smelt of her perfume..They were absolutely beautiful and my friend loved them, so much nicer than a bunch of flowers and will last forever. I came across Anne-Marie's page by chance but so happy I did.

Having lost my lovely husband in April 2016 I have struggled to face discarding his clothes. As soon as I saw Anne-Marie's beautiful work I knew I had found an answer that would also bring some comfort. Anne-Marie made for me two beautiful patchwork cushions with removable little padded hearts. They are made from my husbands favourite shirts , one cushion for myself and the other for his daughter. They really are crafted so well and will be treasured always.

Hence I cannot thank her enough for her skills, kindness, supportive words, great communication and providing me with a solution to a way forward and I know they were made with love and respect.
