Orders now being taken for all your Christmas turkeys, 🌲chickens etc as well as all the trimmings from Hutchinson Hobbs. All orders are delivered to the village shop on the evening of Sunday 23rd December. £3 off voucher for Jan or Feb with every order.

Beautiful moist fruit cakes just ready for Christmas 🌲 Approx 2.9kg. Made to order £20 with almond paste or if you would like fondant icing they at £25. Orders being taken now ⛄️

Our very own producers of YORG and beautiful clotted cream were winners at the “taste awards 2018”. Products available in the shop and to order. Well done Stamfrey Farm .👍

We are joining the Salvation Army Toy Appeal again as in the past you have all been so very generous. Check out the new offerings from Hutchinson Hobbs in our fridge now!! We have expanded our range with the colder weather coming ⛄️ who doesn’t like a lovely hot meal when it’s cold outside.

Sultana scones, sundried tomato and bacon and the lime and lemon scones have just arrived and I think it’s time to taste so if you’re passing - pop in but be quick. The lime and lemon scones have been treated to some of Anne Golding’s lemon curd 😊

New product tasting = perks of the job. Also tested a scrumptious Cumberland pork, apple and sage pie - yum yum delicious 🙈🙊

How about using our Trevor Swales runny honey, drizzled over breaded goats cheese? That’s what we’re having at home tonight 🐝🍯

Visited for the first time last weekend ahead of moving into the area. We found it a very friendly place that sold a great variety of goods. We look forward to lots more visits.

Such a quaint little shop with variety of products from local farmers and businesses. Surprising amount of day to day products and such a nice, friendly staff! I always go back there when in the area.

I just want to say how lucky I think we all are in the Village to have the benefit of such a great shop, stocking great produce run by two such great ladies. And getting the post office back will be the icing on the ( carrot!) cake!!
