This was my first visit to Ashby Reflexology and I must say it won't be my last! Alliy was so warm and welcoming and chatting to her was so easy. I had an Indian Head massage and loved it! The environment was super calm and relaxing and Alliy is just brilliant at what she does! I left feeling like I was floating on air, I feel so relaxed and my skin is so soft and smells yummy! Just had my first ever reflexology appointment and wow! I have never felt so relaxed. I am currently 38 weeks and 5 days pregnant and have been suffering with painful hips for quite some time. I already feel refreshed and pain free in my hips. Hopefully it's not long before baby makes an appearance as he's since gone really low � thankyou so much xxxx

I had my first Indian head massage yesterday and last night I had the first peaceful settled nights sleep I’ve had in weeks. Beautiful surroundings and a very caring and calm therapist helped too. I suffer with anxiety and depression and had this recommended to me as alternative therapy to support my medication and help my physical symptoms and with new hope I have booked my next treatment xxx

I had an amazing back massage followed by Hopi ear candles and now I feel super relaxed and my hearing is so clear. I have been suffering with really bad headaches so wanted both doing to see if headache would alleviate either from a muscular cause or something related to recent ear infection. Ashby Reflex worked her magic and already I feel so much better. The massage was much needed to rid my many knots and I will be making this a regular thing as Alliy was lovely, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended - get booking people �
