Yeah What an amazing barn! Spent the weekend celebrating my sisters hen party here and we had a brilliant time! The guys are very helpful and provided us with everything we needed and more! Right down to the freshly made delicious lemon drizzle cake. The decor is simply stunning and to finish it off with a fabulous swim spa which we all 100% made the most of. Also thank you again for the wild fest tickets these where also a great touch to our weekend. Will definitely be visiting this place again! Thank you for making our weekend extra special!

We returned home on Monday after a weekend stay in wild cherry barn, Wow that place is absolutely stunning. The little touches around the place make it amazing. The robes and slippers and small vanity packs are a fantastic idea. The fresh cake was yummy, the prosecco and cheese board also went down a treat. What an amazing welcome that all was. We will most defiantly be returning in the next few months it's defiantly one of the best places we have stayed by far. It's so well priced for the outstanding accommodation and the helpfulness of Tom and the others at Ashlin farm barns were second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and can't wait to return hopefully next time with some sunshine.

We have already passed details on to so many of our friends and family as after seeing the photos everyone is so egar to see how amazing it is for themselves.

We have just had a weekend at Holly Tree Barn, all I can say is WOW. The barn was immaculate, the attention to detail was amazing. We travelled as a family of 9 including 3 children, they were welcomed with individual gift bags with notebooks, toys, crayons. Also there was a barn quiz and games for them, including 3 skipping ropes. A wonderful touch. It was also one of the adults birthdays whilst we were staying and we were greeted with a balloon and a freshly made cake on arrival. It was a 5 star service and the wonderfully friendly family owners added to that. 10/10 and the hot tub was really the highlight for the kids and us big kids too. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had such a wonderful time in Red Oak Barn at Christmas. There’s always the worry when you book somewhere that it won’t be as nice as it looks in the photos...but it was better! The space is just amazing and was just perfect for bringing our family together. The attention to detail is second to none, even down to robes for the children for the spa pool and stockings with presents for each of them! All the children loved the activities and treats and Tom was a superb host. We loved it so much we’ve already booked to come for Christmas this year and this time we’re staying for longer - we can’t wait!

We are stayed for Christmas week and Holly Tree Barn was amazing. Tom had left the children stockings, there was a treasure hunt for them and mince pies and fizz for us. The barn was beautiful and the swim spa was used every day. I would love to return one day!

Undoubtedly the best place I have ever stayed. The attention to detail in every room is amazing and not one thing hasn't been thought of. I cannot wait to come here again and shall be telling all my friends about this place! Excelled in every single aspect and like nothing I have seen before.

Staying in Holly Tree Barn over the Easter Weekend was a trip we will never forget. The welcome to the stay by Tom was beautiful. The extra thought of having a welcoming hamper was so lovely. In the arrival gift there were many activities for the adults and children to do. From having a nature trail hunt in the woods to making our very own Easter eggs. The accommodation is beautifully presented and comfortable to stay in. The barn is very modern and clean and a lot of thought has been put into the design of it. Being an interior design family we all loved the decor so much. All the bedrooms have their own unique touch to it and makes it feel like home. The bedrooms all had dressing gowns, slippers and towels for each guest. There were plenty of toys and games for children as well. The hot tub was especially amazing in the cold weather. Everyone loved the swim spa! Tom, the host was absolutely lovely and helpful. It has definitely been the best place we have stayed in so far and we will be returning back in the summer!

Not long returned from a stay in Holly Tree Barn last week with 9 of my best friends and I cannot rate or speak highly enough of Tom and Ashley Farm Barns. From first glance the barns and price looked too good to be true but they are true and lived up to every expectation! From the moment we booked Tom got in contact and helped arrange our stay, taking the time to ask if we were celebrating a special occasion. After we explained we were celebrating two birthdays, Tom arranged balloons for our arrival a long side a welcome gift of prossecco and home made cake - this was a most thoughtful personal touch and made us all feel instantly at home. He showed us around, explaining everything and then pretty much left us to it, which was great. The barn was immaculate and beautifully decorated; we could not fault one single thing. The barn had so many personal touches including places to visit and takeaway menus options something that we found helpful. Tom explained the barns next door were empty so we could be as noisy as we wanted and not to worry, which we thought was nice and and we especially made a lot of noise using the sound speaker on the swim spa (fabulous). One evening we messaged Tom to ask about a taxi firm and he replied quickly and was super friendly this only added to how much we enjoyed our stay!

We want to thank Tom and everyone who work hard at Ashlin Farm Barns for the best weekend break and we can't wait to book again soon! :)

To say it’s beautiful is an understatement � The welcome gifts and set up we arrived to were amazing, even accompanied by a home made lemon drizzle cake � Cannot thank Tom enough for everything he did to accommodate our Hen party, going above and beyond what we expected! The hot tub is amazing and all facilities were spot on for what we needed! Great location to travel into Lincoln and easy access to shops and local amenities. Nobody felt left out with bedrooms as they were all awesome, love the individual look to each room really makes a nice tough. Will definitely be back again soon � Thanks again Tom

Fantastic holiday, so much time and thought went into making our stay memorable.

Came home yesterday from this amazing get away. This place definitely had the WOW � factor and I would strongly recommend people to book for a visit. The little extras made our family visit extra special, wonderful cheese’s from the local cheese society, the owners thought of everything to make our stay pleasant as possible, with beautiful flower arrangements, from freshly picked flowers from the gardens, everything was immaculately clean, with fresh linen, fresh white towels, robes, slippers for when we got out of the brilliantly large swim spa and miniature shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



I would recommend a trip on the Bradford Belle boat in Lincoln city centre, river and a stroll around the beautiful nature reserve just up the road, turn right and walk about 10 minutes from the barn.

Absolutely amazing! Friendly staff and help if required! Hot tub, BBQ! En suite showers, wood burner, huge sofa and dining area! Very good value for money and not far from the centre (£17 taxi for 6 approx)
