Ashwater House Self Catering

A homely cottage and four gorgeous Log Cabins make up Ashwater House, quality self catering accommodation in the beautiful Georgian Market Town of Louth.

Ashwater House is a beautiful natural escape in the lincolnshire countryside, filled with wildlife and stunning plant life. Rare birds, including Kingfishers often call Ashwater House their home for the mating season, and every year a new little family of ducks hatches by our lake and can be seen waddling around the site. Many similar locations would ask you not to feed the birds, but we openly encourage you to!
The site consists of:

Ashpot Cottage - a 5 bedroomed characterful cottage with enclosed gardens, ideal for the larger family, sleeping up to 8

Robins Rest - A 3 bedroomed log cabin with a double and two singles, with fully equipped kitchen and deck area.

Swallow Lodge - 2 bedroomed cabin for up to 4 located opposite our fishing jetty

Kingfisher Lodge - A double bedroom and child's bunk room comprise this cabin, with verandah overlooking the private lake.

Teal cabin - Our romantic cabin, just for two, nestled at the far end of the garden on the bank of the lake.

Facilities for all our guests include laundry /library and tuck shop in its own mini log cabin, children's play area, outdoor table tennis, outdoor darts, use of fishing lake and more.

All our guests swim at our local Leisure Centre on us, visit as often as you like and you won't have to pay a penny to get into the olympic sized swimming pool and children's pool with a waterside!
