We broke with tradition today and baked elderflower and vanilla madeleleines as per The Field magazine. They would have been better severed with fresh raspberries and a coulis.

Baking cakes 🍰 with my seven year old Goddaughter Ruby. All her own work. Making money 💰 hopefully for Red Nose Day.

Mr C enjoyed my sugar and fat free cake. 'Lovely with some butter on it he said'. This is the best bake I have done so far without fat or sugar.

Highly recomended. Made this today. I added a drop of milk, used two 1lb tins and cooked for 45mins.
