We’ve just got back from a long weekend away I can’t highly recommend this place enough we celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday there were 8 of us and 2 dogs we stayed in the tallington lodges they brill everything you need private garden for the dogs wonderful hot tubs plenty of space all nice n clean.. activities on site free we played Archery the young lad made it such good fun an absolutely brilliant weekend... Thank you Bainland xx

User

We stayed in the kingerby lodge for two nights for our anniversary and it was perfect. The lodge had everything you could possibly need. Complementary dressing gowns and slippers were nice. The hot tub was fabulous and the site was very peaceful. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only small negative was that you can see into the hot tub next to you from the bedroom window, fencing could do with extending a few more feet for total privacy.

User

We have just spent 4 nights in the Buffalo safari tent and i can't recommend it enough. It was spacious considering there was 8 of us in it. Loved loved loved the little hidey hole bed. Our kids are already asking to go back. You even get little extras like tea bags, sugar, coffee, milk and biscuits. Would recommend it to anyone.

User

We have come for a couple of days on a couples retreat and it is a lovely place, our lodge is great, warm and cozy and clean and hot tub has made it a fab birthday treat for me, all the staff are friendly and helpful and we will definitely come again and will highly recommend it.

User

We have been here twice now and we love it! Always in the dog friendly cabins which is ideal for us and our dog, the dog walks along side the park are fantastic and go on for mikes. The staff in the clubhouse have always been friendly and we can’t wait to come back a third time

User

This place is amazing :-) stayed in the big beast safari tent and with 2 hot tubs, they were amazing to sit in at might time with the family, perfect temperature. The beds were one of the comfiest I have ever stayed in. The staff are all really friendly, would be nice to have a little more sandwich stock in starbucks but thats not a complaint just a suggestion. There is a smell from a nearby maggot farm which is quite gross and off putting when lighting the bbq but this is of course not the owners fault so once again im not complaining. we will deffo return.

User

This is my 5th time at Bainland and we still love It! The staff are so friendly and helpful. This time we booked one of the Big Beasts safari tent for my son's 16th Birthday and it was ideal! It had everything we needed and the hot tubs were fab. I think it is a huge bonus that the activities are free too. We especially enjoyed the archery. My only slight criticism is that the cupboard bed is not ideal if you are a bit claustrophobic or struggle with ladders, but fine for kids. There was a bit of a pong outside, but that was due to farms in the area, so not the sites fault. We would definitely book again.

User

Stayed here for my friends hen party for the weekend in one of the large lodgers , plenty of space for all 15 of us, large living area, large kitchen with two dishwashers, two large fridge freezers, large cooker, pool table, games console, large TV, 3 hot tubs, robes, towels and slippers provided, lovely showers rooms in your bedroom with toilet and sink, comfy double bed in my room, everyone commented how comfy their beds were. Lovely countryside to go for a walk, we all went into Lincoln for the afternoon, it's roughly about 45 minutes drive, lovely city the visit, overall a fab place to stay for a relaxing weekend away, I've recommended it to my family, would love to return one day, I'm sure we will. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

User

Log cabins are amazing, stopped in the Sleaford so had the one with 2x hot tubs that sleeps 10. Plenty of room and equipment! Great to have a ready made ice machine built into freezer! Thanks for dressing the cabin up in balloons and banners for my cousins 30th too, it looked amazing!!!!

User

Just returned home today from a lovely 4 night stay in the elsthorpe lodge. With my partner and my dad. It was like home from home. Very cosy and well set out with everything you need.

All the staff we met were very polite and helpful and the hot tubs are kept to the highest standard with daily checks.

You get a lovely welcoming pack on arrival. The biscuits in the welcoming pack are yummy.

The little toiletry bottle sets in the bathroom are lovely . A nice touch.

It’s the little touches like this that make your break away very special.

We will return again sometime soon as we enjoyed ourselves.

The new lodges that we have seen being build over the few days we have been there look amazing.

Keep up the good work.

User

Just arrived back from our first visit when we stayed in Legthorn (i think lol). We will deffo be back again! Especially liked the welcome gift for our pooch, that is a lovely idea, as are the complementary slippers and bath robes. Both the park and its staff are very very good.

If i had to think of something slightly negative to say it would be the fact that the hot tub is drained before you check out (from 7am), it would have been nice to have the use of it until maybe 30 minutes before check out?? I realise how busy the park is and the turnaround time for the lodges is limited but i do feel guests should have the hot tub available to use until check out as that is what has been paid for, and in our case at least, a highlight to be made the most of.

Woodall Spa is a lovely village and Jubilee Park too .... doggy very welcome in both. A nice 45 minute drive into Skegness the weather was glorious too........ great weekend all round. Thank you.

User

Have just returned from a weekend away with family staying in the Yarburgh lodge. The lodge is immaculate and the decor is very fresh and modern. Absolutely loved our relaxing stay! We made full use of the lodge and hot tub so there was no need to venture out. We would 100% book this lodge again.

User

Had a great long weekend at Bainland recently. The staff were all extremely friendly at check-in. The reception area is pretty tired looking but is due for a make-over according to the information provided. The lodges are very spacious, modern, clean and tidy. Hot tubs are clean and well-maintained. Every room has plenty of electric plug points which makes a lovely change. We will definitely come back.

User

Absolutely loved our stay. Usually love Center parcs but this was in our opinion much better value for money and so much cheaper. We stayed in the Uffington which was superb. The welcome pack for dogs was a lovely addition as were the robes and slippers for all guests. Hot tub was fab and maintained well daily by staff. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great included activities like zorbing, swimmimg and archery. Only negative would be the Wi-Fi and tv signals were not great but as it was a lovely weather weekend it didn't bother us too much but would during the winter. Would DEFINITELY RETURN.

User

Absolutely loved it. So much so we have booked to come back in 8 weeks and try the glamping weekend with the kids. My hubbie and I stayed in one of the Welton cabins and it was beautifully clean and tidy. Internet isn't great but we never came here to sit on our phones all day. Hot tubs checked daily (except Sunday) and the shower is amazing

User

Stayed in the glamping tents for my sons birthday. Lovely spacious tents very clean. The shower is amazing was super surprised. Very well equipped for self catering I brought essentials and I didn’t need them.beds were lovely and comfy. Hot tub is a real bonus even in the snow haha.

I will say one downside is if your going to rent out tents all year round maybe the heating situation needs rethinking the little heaters don’t radiate any heat to even take the chill off and although the log burners are a wonderful feature you have to sit right next to it to benefit from any warmth. We spent most our weekend huddled round it. The only other down side is facilities were in bit of need of tlc chairs torn in cafe area food dried out. Dad ordered sausage roll wasn’t offered a plate he had to ask for one. I had to search for bar staff on Sunday to find him sat behind the bar on a box hiding on his phone not gd customer service. Asked to play tennis was told we couldn’t as owners had taken all the nets away. The pool area very warm but not big enough for family fun maybe gentle swim for only hand ful if people. Lockers all broken. And too snowy and icy to benefit from any other activities they might of had. Reception staff and maintence were lovely and very helpful I would def return but in summer

User

Stayed in one of the new 'Welton Lodges' looks exactly like the photographs it's a really lovely lodge. It's equipped with all self catering facilities needed for a break away making it a stress free overall experience. The hot tub is amazing, very relaxing! The main building is a little dated in comparison to our lodge but did see this is being updated later in the year! Would highly recommend this for a couples break!

User

Just come back from Bainlands today. A long weekend away with 8 other ladies for my hen party.

Two lodges were booked next to each other at the far end of the park, just in case we got too rowdy that we didn't disturb other holiday makers. They were lovely and comfortable and had everything you needed.

Staff were very friendly, helped us with anything we needed.

We got to do archery and walking on water in the zorbs which were both enjoyable.

Hope to go back next year with the Mr.

Thank you Bainland for an enjoyable time.

User

Just had a 2 night stay in the new Wyberton Lodge....although the inside is lovely and modern the lodge was advertised as private and enclosed and it wasn’t ! It was overlooked from all angles, had we known this we wouldn’t have booked. The welcome pack is very basic unlike other lodges we have stayed in on other sites. For over £200 per night I don’t think this was good value for money. The staff did offer to move us but to an older lodge with no mention of a price difference. Not usually one to write a review but feel people need to know that if your looking for privacy then don’t book this. Hopefully the description will be changed to avoid people booking under false pretences.
