We received a from a customer asking for some assistance, he had called two mobile tyre fitting companies who first said they had the right tyre size then 40 mins so later called the customer advising them that they don’t! We had a tyre however we managed to refit the customer tyre after the bead had off on the outside of the tyre.

Went to Bains tyre services today regarding a flat tyre. The staff were very polite and the cost was extremely affordable would defiantly recommend for anyone who needs any work done to go down to Bains.

Very highly recommended. Bains Tyres Services came to our rescue following a call to our breakdown service provider. We were on our way within 30 minutes of their arrival.

We are very appreciative considering the call out was at 7pm on a Sunday evening. We were over 2 hours from home so we were eager to get on our way home!!

Harry was professional, helpful and kind. We were offered some good advice reference a tyre related issue which was not part of the call out.

Thank you so much to Bains Tyres tonight for getting me off the motorway and on my way home. The owner told me how long he would be (which was a while as they were busy but I didn't mind as at least he was being honest). Text to update with a time and arrived when he said he would. 25 mins later and back on the road. Friendly guy so very happy and very impressed. Highly recommended.

So this morning has been eventful. On the way to my nursing placement entering a duel carriage way and my tyre decides too burst. Obviously I went into panic. I always have my tyres done Bains called them Harry answered and responded rapidly. As the big van was already on a job Harry came in the smaller van took my tyre went back to base and returned in a brilliant time. Gave all advice, was more concerned about sorting the car than payment. Checked all other tyres even filling another up, and checked they where safe to drive on. Excellent service as always highly recommend !! Now on my journey back to Nursing placement . Thank you !

If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. Harry had my tyres ordered and fitted so quickly. And then when I needed after service... he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. It’s hard to find service like that nowadays with proper customer care. Million stars!!!

I hit a huge pothole on Easter Sunday night and popped my tire. Baines came from really far away, really professional and did a great job. Would happily use again (although hopefully I won’t have too! �)

Had a complicated tyre problem. Harry and his friendly staff sorted me out. I'd recommend my family and friends to visit Harry for thier car needs. 5 Stars.

Excellent service! I got a flat on a Sunday afternoon and couldn’t get an answer from any local companies. I tried Bain’s and he came to the rescue within the hour. Great service and friendly guy- thank you very much.

Couldn’t even recommend Bains enough!!! Being a single mother of two small children, and a community care worker, when my tire burst on a curb side i went in to panic mode. Harry even left his dinner on the table to come and put a new tire on for me!! Quick, friendly, affordable, amazing service and will be my go to company from now on! Thank you again �

Car needed tyres, Bains had them in stock (always do), called up Harry. The lads here are awesome, exemplary service. No hassle, swift, superb customer service. Recommend beyond the 5 *****

Can't thank Harry enough for coming to do an emergency tyre change on the roadside tonight, when the RAC let me down! Amazing speedy service and such a nice bloke. Cannot recommend enough!

Can't recommend enough, my car doesn't come with a spare and I don't trust the compression kit, called just before 10pm on a Friday night, 30 odd miles away from derby, he had been and gone before 1am. He brought two tyres which was great because I didn't know the other one was on it's way out. Was very friendly and informative also very fairly priced and saved me having to leave my car at work and ring around places on a Saturday.

Arrived quick even on a Sunday and fixed in no time. Great service.

Arrived into Digbeth, Birmingham around 7pm to find all four wheels had been stolen from my car. Bains were able to have me back on the road with replacement wheels in under two hours! They went above and beyond to help me out, having to first collect the wheels before driving from Derby to Birmingham to fit them (missing the England/Columbia game in the process). I can't recommend their service enough, fantastic!

After hitting a pothole before a 200 mile drive, bains came out when everyone else was closed and saved our bacon! We got to our destination late, but we got there! Most importantly we didn't get there, limping along on the emergency tyre ;-)
