Not that we fit this brand but if anyone’s had an ikea hob - may be worth looking at this

Heating problem.... Chances are it’s a frozen condensate pipe which is an easy fix. If you do have to call an engineer we are charging in the region of about £40-£50 for local calls. Please don’t be fooled into paying significantly more than this. I’ve already heard stories of people being charged £200 to temporarily fix. Have a look at this link below to defrost yourself.
