had a meal for my hen party, we all loved the food, the staff we great, joined in with the laughs n jokes n the pics, the staff helped my disabled mum up and down the stairs. I can not thank the staff enough, they are brill, we had a fantastic time n wud go again. Thank you so much for making my hen do brill xx

We usually go to BB's Italian at least once a month but sometimes more often both as a couple and as a group and have never been disappointed. The staff are lovely and welcoming, food good value and tasty. Also good for a cheeky mid week take out

Tried this twice and have not been disappointed. The food is absolutely superb and there's plenty of it too. Menu choices are good as is the service. The only minor negative point is that drinks are rather expensive in comparison to the food which is very reasonably priced. I can thoroughly recommend this place.

The best restaurant in Mansfield. Top nosh for little dosh.

Really enjoyed the meal and the waitress was really nice too. She was attentive but without being in your face which is how I like it. Tried the Chicken in Malibu which I was a bit worried about but turned out to be really nice...will be back

Our first visit here, amazing food and plenty of it. The service was really good and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I can't thank them enough for tonight!! They have been so accommodating from the start. Left them with the decorations for my partners 30th, which they arranged for me perfectly! 16 people catered for all really hot wonderful meals, nothing was to much, and really appreciate how patient they were. Would recommend the food and even more so for any event. Hats of to them!! ��xxxx

First time at this wonderful fantastic restaurant tonight,must say it was absolutely amazing most importantly the food was out of this world and secondly the whole staff from the bar staff to the chefs and the waiters especially Michelangelo were totally great I would recommend this place to everyone

Every now and again we book table at this amazing Italian restaurant � we absolutely love it and would suggest to everyone to try it. Prices are great, food delicious and excellent service x thank you

Been coming here for years and never had a bad meal, food is cooked to order and tastes amazing (definately not microwaved!!!)

As with every time we visit, we've come away from BB's utterly satisfied with our meals, the service and the atmosphere. We look forward to enjoying the same when we go again in the future. A huge thank you to all the staff involved making it the lovely experience we've come to enjoy! Xx

Really good food, great service and nice atmosphere. Only 4* as being the philistine i am i was mainly after a pizza and i found the range of pizza's to be limited however the calzone i had was delightful

Found the food over cooked and tasteless sorry.Staff friendly enough but not around as on checking on tables We had to find staff to ask for various things.The card machone broken too so some of us had to leave to get cash out.

Waited an hour for bread n olives and the main course was brought out before the main. Would not recommend. Very disappointing won't be going again. The staff had two tables to serve one being us but still couldn't manage to serve us as stood around gossiping.

The food was nice, enjoyable as usual. But we noticed people getting shots with their bill. We received our bill with a few sweets. So we asked about the shots and were told "you get them when we get to know you."



1) That's not how you run a business.

2) How do we get to know you when you rush around and don't speak?

3) That won't draw customers in. It turns them away, like you did to us.



Never eating here again. The customer service is ABYSMAL. Obviously we don't matter. Only the regulars do. Good luck running your business off of regulars only. We were going to give a tip that would have more than covered those shots, but we decided you didn't deserve it, if that's the attitude you have towards customers who don't go every month.



So all in all, great food, abysmal customer service. We feel unwanted, and we'll happily stay that way for you.
