Tonight's the night of our Christmas Celebration, an opportunity for us to thank our clients for all their support over the year and celebrate our 2nd big Professional Beauty Award with them and our girls. We have free cocktails and goody bags at the ready and live music on what plans to be a fun and informal evening. Visited for the first time yesterday with my teenage daughter Lily very welcoming staff lovely relaxing surroundings... my daughter had HD brows done for the first time by Sam and she loved them �we definitely would recommend beauty at the gate for all your beauty treatments... we will be returning again very soon... thankyou x

Three of us were lucky to win a reflexology treatment ,mine given by Emma,I was hooked.I have now been several times once for a shoulder back massage which was so relaxing also given by Emma.I felt at ease with everything and everyone sometimes at other salons I have not felt so relaxed and comfortable.They now have a wonderful lounge to relax in with coffee,tea and chocolate at your disposal,what a great way to finish your treatment.Emma also told me about all the products she used and their benefits.I certainly will not be a stranger here.

This was my 2nd accupuncture session and every aspect of my body was covered and worked on that needed attention.. Lauren took time to listen to what parts of my Body that hurt and worked on them amazingly to release the areas.. I wouldn't go to anyone else but her.. and a great hot chocolate after as always.. thankyou xx

Just had an amazing hours back, shoulder and head massage from lauren.. after going in with an extremely knotted back and it creeking when I moved, Lauren's smoothed it out and it feels loads better now .. highly recommend her �

I've heard great things about this place so I popped in to get my partner a voucher for a massage. I can totally understand why people rave about it so much now! The service was brilliant, not only did I get my voucher they gave me a lovely goodie bag to go with it! If there is anything left on the voucher I might even pay a visit to the gents side! Perfect.

I visited this salon for the first time today, for a Glowing facial with Emma, using the Jennifer Young products for cancer sufferers. Can't recommend them highly enough: I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. The surroundings are luxurious and the staff very understanding and friendly. The treatment was so soothing and It was so much more than I expected as it included foot/arm/shoulder/scalp massage. It's the best hour I've spent since my diagnosis in February and I can't wait to go back!

I just had my first sports massage with Becky who was fabulous, my lower back (from hairdressing) was causing me pain and now with a Becky's advice on certain stretches to do at home and having regular massages will improve my issue. Highly recommended! Great salon, atmosphere and decor!

I had a facial today which was free as I had my smear test which I think is absolutely fantastic that you are offering this! The facial itself was so relaxing and I will definitely be coming again for another one! Mollie did the facial for me, she was really good and I came home and felt chilled out for the rest of the day. Also the products that were used smelt nice. I've been to some places that have used products that don't smell too nice which isn't good when it's under your nose but these smelt lovely and I didn't feel greasy afterwards either. I would highly recommend this treatment

I had a bio tech line eraser facial with Mel. It was amazing. So relaxing and a real treat. I have to say I noticed a difference immediately and would definitely recommend it. The salon is beautiful. The ambience and decor are lovely and it always has a great atmosphere.

Having relocated from Kent, I spent a lot if time researching local spa's and the services they offer. Already being an avid fan of Dermatude and A-lift, and being relatively local, it was a no brainer for me to try Beauty at The Gate. I have now been twice and they have me as a customer as long as I don't move again! Each time I have been, I have been welcomed in the friendliest manner and both my treatments have been great. I cannot fault them at all. Thank you to Sam and her team for providing me with my new haven in Lincolnshire. X

Had my HD brows done by Jemma in March after getting a gift voucher for my birthday. I was really nervous as my eyebrows were so light you could hardly see them. Jemma talked me through everything, was really gentle when waxing and threading and the end result was amazing. I've since had them done again by Jemma and have had lots of compliments on my eyebrows. Also the salon itself is lovely and I would definitely recommend Jemma and BATG xx

Had another Medic8 facial today with Mollie. I love these facials, the whole experience is so relaxing and the results are fantastic. The salon is perfect for me, easy parking and the moment you walk through the door you are met with tranquility. Well done to everyone there, you success is well deserved.

Cannot recommend the pregnancy massage enough. Lauren was professional and knowledgeable throughout and at no point did I feel self-conscious or uncomfortable. Plus the Elemis products are just lovely. I will definitely be back before the baby is due! Thank you xx

Had a pregnancy massage. Was absolutely brilliant, felt very well cared for throughout ensuring it was both relaxing and safe for baby. Products were all discussed before the treatment and both skin needs and fragrance preferences were considered. Thanks for a lovely experience.



**Edit, had to do from 5* because of the amount of marketing messages afterwards. The final straw being 3 weeks after the pregnancy massage getting a marketing message for a lipo demo event. I know these mass marketing, but it's not a nice one to receive at 30weeks

Had a facial and HD brows done. The lady who dealt with me was pleasant enough and the room was really relaxing.



Brows were done well but had to go back to have one tweaked as the therapist had done them a little odd. I also ended up with some little blisters under my eyebrows, potentially due to sensitivity. They were good enough to take a look and give me a small pot of aloe gel but feel this is something they should have made me aware of initially, especially as they already knew I had sensitive skin.



The facial was relaxing and the setting was nice but no one told me whether the products were available to buy which I was very interested in!



A bit disappointed as it was my first visit and really shouldn't have had to travel back to get my eyebrows adjusted from a 'luxury' salon.



It was a pleasant experience and definitely one of the nicer places I've been to although I feel that the service could be improved upon a little by a couple of the topics mentioned.

Very very disappointing! I rang to ask for information concerning the 3D Lipo treatment (upcoming wedding) and was asked to come in for a consultation. After the consultation I was told that there were no spaces available for 2 whole months which was too late to start for the wedding. THEN I was asked to pay £15 consultation fee! A. I was not told there was a fee and B. I was not told there was no availability until 2 months time. What a waste of my time and a needless trip!! I'm glad the therapist saw sense to waver the fee. In the near future I suggest you forewarn clients of the waiting time AND the consultation fee! I expected better to be honest.
