Fantastic Gym! Overall Facilities are great. Ben devised me a eating plan for me in which I wanted to loose weight and tone up, all the meals were really easy and not time consuming! I lost 7lb in around 5 weeks which I was really pleased about. Highly recommend this gym!

BEfit is a great place to achieve your fitness goals, whatever they are. I don't have PT but I attend weekly classes with Emma, Ben and Rob. They all give advise readily and are friendly and professional. The gym is ideal for everyone, all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. The members are all welcoming and its a relaxed atmosphere to have a good workout and a weekly catch up. I have been a member for a year and wouldn't change a thing, for me it's perfect. Keep up the good work guys
