My whole wedding dress experience started at another bridal shop and Belle and Bouquet took over the delivery of my dress straight from the designer so that I could finish my experience more professionally. After several alterations, my dress was finally perfect. Unfortunately, 2 weeks to my wedding I dislocated my knee and was put in a mechanical knee brace that meant my wedding dress no longer fit! I can’t tell you how amazing the team were at picking me back up (mentally and sometimes physically!!), getting me a new dress and altering it around my knee brace so that it was not seen at all. My veil was delivered right at the last minute and Simone made all of the necessary alterations so that it was just perfect. I went to the shop the day before my wedding and put everything together and I felt a tear in my eye. Not only did I feel absolutely gorgeous but the amount of effort the team went into to make sure I was ready for my wedding was overwhelming. I can’t thank them enough. Everybody commented on how amazing my dress and veil were! Please visit this shop!

I can not speak highly enough of the staff at this establishment. After failing to enjoy the wedding dress shopping at other shops, I instantly knew that this shop was different by the lovely and friendly staff that greeted me and my family. From finding my dream dress to picking it up just before my big day on Saturday, they were friendly and always put my mind at rest. If anyone was looking for somewhere to find your dream dress you need to come here first. They are far better than most bridal shops in the area.

Honestly, five stars is not enough. I was seriously let down by another bridal shop and went to Belle an Bouquet to ask if they could help me. The dress I had bought needed alterations and I had ordered another item with the other bridal shop.

The staff welcomed me and even though I wasn’t buying my dress from them, went above and beyond to help me.



They contacted Enzoani on my behalf as this was where I had ordered the second item from and they planned to have the item re-routed to them. Enzoani informed them that there was no ordered placed and I had been wrongly informed of the price of the item.

Belle and bouquet then arranged for Enzoani to give me a discount and also gave me a discount themselves! They ordered the item and had it express delivered that same week!

Belle and bouquet also offered to do my alterations for me. They then kept me as their bride for final fittings etc.



I am amazed at just how professional, caring and friendly every single member of staff was and they genuinely gave me the outfit of my dreams. I think any other bridal shop would have turned me away but Belle and bouquet didn’t. I can’t thank them all enough and would recommend them to any bride.



The location is absolutely stunning and it really is the full “experience”.

Throughout the pregnancy all the staff reassured me whenever needed that it would be ok. I had my baby 2 weeks before our wedding and went for a fitting a week later, the dress was almost there but needed altering over my bum. Simon worked wonders over the May bank holiday, from going on the Friday first and re trying the dress on Tuesday, she had extended the lace back further down and let out seams where needed and made sure the dress fit me! I then went to have a final try on of the dress and pick up the Friday before the wedding and it was just perfect. I cannot thank Simone and all of he staff who worked their magic to ensure I had my dream dress and for my perfectly, not too big or small anywhere! I had so many comments to say how lovely I looked but I wouldn’t have felt it without Simone working her magic xxx
