And thats me finished for Christmas!!! 🎄💅🏻💃🏽 This week has been one of the toughest weeks with being poorly too but thankyou all for being so patient, we got there!

*!*!* Ladies I hate having to post negative but please please let me know if you can't make an appointment or you've changed your mind etc, I do my best to send facebook or text reminders but it really is your responsibility to set a reminder too as I don't always have chance at the minute to send extra messages. I'm working as many extra hours as I can and staying late/starting early to fit as many of you in as possible, but I do also still have quite a big waiting/cancellat...ion list as December is always crazy busy and letting me know 5 minutes before, or not turning up at all, doesn't allow me enough time to get one of those other clients off the waiting list booked in, unfortunately I don't get paid when people don't turn up and I still have bills and overheads to pay, therefore the cancellation fee is still in place, any no shows or last minute cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of that treatment cost, with an advanced cancellation it allows me enough time to fill the space again, as somebody is always wanting in.
In regards to Lash lifts or Lash extensions if you can come with clean lashes/mascara free this also saves time and gives you a slightly longer appointment time too to get more lashes on etc. Lash Infills must also be clean from mascara if possible, and at least 50% of the original set of lashes still on to still be classed as an infill app and not a full set. What a fabulous lady! I met her at the hospice first, and she made me realise I needed to do some self care! We have since been back as a treat for my mum's birthday, and I can't praise Kathryn highly enough. She has a lovely quiet room, and the atmosphere is so personal. We feel so very pampered with our gorgeous shellac and massages. Kathryn is super discreet and lovely. Such a find. What a lovely woman. We will be back! Thank you so much Xx
