We love this chain as they allow dogs inside. Called into Bendigo whilst on holiday. Staff all very welcoming and a bowl of water appeared for Jemma before we even asked and the treat container was pointed out to us. Service was very fast and chocolate was excellent as always. As we left all the staff we passed said thank you. Will definitely return if we are in the area again.

This was my first visit. And I loved it 😀 . We went for my birthday. And the meal was lovely . The staff were friendly and when they realised it was my birthday, they gave me a free pudding. 🍧. And it was certainly worth it !!! I will definitely be going back. Even if to just sit and chill with a coffee.....

Nipped in on the off chance with the Mrs, the atmosphere was great the staff amazing and the food was top quality�� well done we will definitely be coming back and telling all our friends to try this place out 10 stars �

Nice atmosphere in a lovely setting. Candles were nice and food was really good. I had steak sandwich and my partner had falafel. We both very much enjoyed our food and felt it was very delicately cooked. Staff to be honest were excellent fron the guy behind the bar who reccomended drinks. The waiter was funny and charming and didnt overdo things. And the lady who cleared our table gave a very warm sincere smile overall we had a lovely first experience there and we will be popping in again.

Great vibe, very chilled atmosphere and superior customer service. This place has everything. Cocktails were probably some of the best we've had, particularly the Mojitos. Great range of craft beers and popular lagers. Quirky decor with a hipster feel. Excellent menu with delicious food. Really does stand out from the competition in this area!

Eight of us popped in on a Saturday night and all got fed. The food was lovely and really good value. The staff were all good. Service was speedy yet not rushed.

Light was out in the loo, so going was a bit tricky apart from that it was a really lovely night

Looks quirky, it's interesting, love the seats outside. They have toys for the children which is nice.

Toilet is up a lot of stairs, anyone who struggles with stairs this isn't the place for you.

My food was good, my daughters wasn't so good, didn't cook her order how she wanted it, also arrived late, I'd nearly finished my food by the time she got hers.

Had to wait for about 40 minutes to get our coffee, which finally arrived as I'd nearly finished my food. Waitress apologised for our wait when she brought the order over. Everytime a customer got their order you heard an apology from the staff.

Wasn't a lot of people in so not sure what the problem was.

Staff didn't look happy they all looked stressed. This time wasn't the best experience that I've had. Will go again, if it's the same experience, then it will be the last time I go.

It was pretty quiet when I arrived early this evening for food but it appeared that every available table was filthy! When the staff clearly do not care about the cleanliness of areas visible to customers it does make me concerned about the standard of hygiene behind the bar and kitchen.

I think it’s ridiculous that you will not take a booking for a table for 8 people! Who in their right mind is going to pop in on a Saturday evening on the off chance that you might have a table for that many people.....not me! I will instead book the frustrated chef where I can both book a table and eat delicious food.
