Would like to thank the amazing staff that made our wedding day so special on Saturday, we had the best day and it couldn’t of gone any better. Such a beautiful venue, thank you so much to everyone involved. �

We came specially from Germany to experience a beautiful wedding celebration. A really successful ceremony and a great celebration. The menu in three courses was excellent in quality and taste. The room very comfortable. Very good service and always friendly and courteous staff.

Treat myself & my sister to a Spa stay over 17th March. Was fabulous. Had a relaxed & chilled day in the Spa. All the ladies in the Spa were lovely, Afternoon tea was delicious. We both had the mini facial & back massage which was fab. We stayed in the hotel. Room was very clean. We both had a large bed each �. Evening meal was also delicious. After all the cakes we'd had for afternoon tea we couldn't squeeze a desert in though! After a good nights sleep we then enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast. Couldn't fault our experience & would definitely book again....soon I hope!

Myself and four friends spent the day here celebrating on of their birthdays.

We all chose our treatments mine being a hot stone back/back of legs massage. We all had our treatments at the same time which was great as we weren’t having to wait around for each other. Very relaxed and organised. Afterwards we all met up in the relaxation room. Bliss ��

Our package included an afternoon tea. Very generous portions and served by a lovely young lady. Food was delicious.

Enjoyed everything that there was on offer, enjoying the jacuzzi and the hydra outdoor pool and although it was busy there was always plenty of space. Also plenty of space to relax in the lounge area where we could all sit and relax and gossip.

Carnt tell you about the gym. In all honesty it was the last thing on our minds we were there to relax after all. And relax we did. Next time we are booking for a couple of days and staying in the cabins. All in all had a wonderful day. Thank you �

My partner and I stayed sun-mon on a spa package.

We chose to stay in a lodge which was amazing, even had two bedrooms and two bathrooms... spotlessly clean,fully equipped and most of all lovely and warm.

Afternoon tea was beautiful and the evening meal was one of the best and we have eaten in a few posh restaurants this was by far the tastiest.

Spa facilities amazing and so relaxing!!!! Our treatments on the Monday was perfect nothing to fault at all... in fact we handed our keys in at checkout and re booked for April there and then��. Oh and they even pick you up in a minibus to take you for evening meal in the hotel and drop you back at your lodge!!! Thanks see you all soon Dawn & Andrew.

Lovely spa day for a friends birthday facilities spotless , afternoon tea lovely and treatment very good, the only thing I would say as a negative although we had a wonderful experience was I really struggled to get through to book having to try over several weeks leaving messages, all in all 5 star .

I had my Hen party here and we had a lovely meal and were served by Keenan who couldn’t be any more helpful and catered for all of us! Thank you!

I cannot recommend the spa enough, everything about my whole day was incredible, my consultant Sam went above and beyond and I was there for 4-5 hours enjoying various treatments. She was really welcoming, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed the honey & mud ritual, an add on neck, back and shoulder massage, an Elemis resurfacing facial peel, an OPI Spa pedicure and the Elemis hand delight. I honestly feel brand new and felt relaxed beyond imagination. I cannot wait for my next treatments, Sam really made my day, she even went and got the menu from the cafe for me to look through then went an ordered my lunch for me - 5 star service ☆☆☆☆☆

I had a spa day with my two daughters, we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience especially the treatment the ladies were fab and we went home feeling refreshed and relaxed, afternoon tea was lovely too would love to come again. X

Had a spa treatment as a surprise with my mum and sister and the staff were all very friendly. The treatment was absolutely amazing, we all had one called Dreaming of Daisies. Will be looking at coming back for a weekend spa break it was amazing! Thank you to the ladies that did our treatments it was well received �

Had a lovely day at the spa with a friend. It was very quiet which was a bonus. Spa provided gown, towels and slippers so you just have to turn up. Great size swimming pool, fabulous afternoon tea and was pleasantly surprised with the hot stone back massage. Thoroughly recommend this spa.

First time I’ve been here since the renovation, and I told the staff about my food allergies I’m vegan an gluten free an they provided me with a great vegan lunch an even went out there way to get me a vegan & gluten free desert that was amazing! Would definitely recommend, the lady that served us today was very happy an very friendly and checked on my meal didn’t catch her name but her service made more relaxing.

Came here a few of weeks ago with my daughter,we came for a spa break it was amazing and a value for money price.

We had full use of the spa facilities afternoon tea,85 minute treatment,we had a hot stone full body massage and mini facial,felt so refreshed and relaxed,will mention Zoe who made me feel wonderful because I find it hard to relax and she was amazing.Then we had a gorgeous afternoon tea,then after all that relaxing,we went to our log cabin,were we got ready for our gorgeous 3 course evening meal,you even get picked up to take us to and from the cabin wow! Then in the morning we had a full English breakfast.What an amazing time we had,highly recommend this package �

Absolutely loved my spa weekend with my sister on the 17th/18th March. Fantastic swimming, sauna, jacuzzi, afternoon tea and exceptional staff service for our treatments too! The hotel stay was great and our evening meal was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Grest nice sleep waking up to a delicious breakfast - hope to see you again soon�Thankyou

Evening meal was quite good but room catered for c. 60 guests and not enough staff / small bread loaves served with

Chicken Parfait were all stale



Breakfast in hotel was poor / constantly running out of breakfast buffet ( bringing out 6 eggs at a time when 10/12 waiting ) / bit enough seats/ tables

Third time of coming to the spa here! Lovely facilities, pool and outdoor hottub jacuzzi. Usually impressed with the afternoon tea but yesterday seemed not as good as usual, less items and dry old sandwiches. The best thing was the treatment, massage by Jodie and billie jo absolutely amazing and really made our trip!

The spa facilities are lovely and I the staff doing the treatments are brilliant. It’s just a shame every time I try to call to book a spa day it always just rings out! Tried several times at different times of the day and different days and still unable to get through and no call back! Very disappointed!

Went for afternoon tea in the restaurant, very disappointing on the food and service, £16 per head and it's not a patch on other cheaper establishments. We even had to hunt down staff to pay our bill!!

Very disappointed that I've been calling everyday since Monday, 10 calls in all, to book a spa day for my sister in-laws 40th birthday to finally get a call saying u can't fit us all in for our treatments together unless we have it the last hr before closing. Which unfortunately will be too late as she has to travel back to Sheffield and will be too late. Not even an apology for taking 5 days to get back to me. Not very professional.
