Would like to say what a fabulous experience selling with Horton’s has been. Beth has been an absolute star from start to finish, with nothing being too much trouble! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, they provide a throughly personal service!

We was on the the market 12mths with a agent with no joy we called Horton / Deighton Mckenzie and Craig and Beth came out straight away and took lovely new pictures within a week we had sold but it didn't stop there the help of Beth was unbelievable she goes the extra mile and Ella came in when Beth was away and kept the chain going then Beth came back and pushed so hard for us it was amazing so helpful so caring so really good !!!!!

I primarily dealt with Beth for my purchase, who was brilliant, approachable and communicative - however, that's true of everyone at Hortons. A great attribute of this business is the way they cover for each other; when Beth was on leave, I could speak to anyone else in the office and there was never a delay or an, 'I don't know' type response demonstrating what a great team they are. I used Hortons to sell my house in October 2017. Beth and the team were fantastic throughout the process. Communication was excellent. Hortons were fast to respond to queries and hot on following up with solicitors and chasing down the chain to ensure the sale progressed as quickly as possible. Great service but more than that it was as if you were dealing with friends which made the entire process much more personal and when you are selling your home this is what you want. I sold 2 houses which could have been far more stressful but with these guys it wasn't they did everything to help and both sales went through quick which worked perfect for our situation

We sold with purple bricks and it became clear throughout the process why they are cheaper! Hortons were fantastic with our purchase and even gave me help and advice on our sale, which they definitely didn't have to do!

Everyone needs to use Hortons, they are fantastic, it’s the only estate agent that has a 7 day 8-8 service and a personal representative who responds to queries in super fast time. Unlike the traditional estate agent who are usually closed at weekends, or don’t have the staff in at weekends, and therefore are never available in the office when you need them most and are definitely becoming a thing of the past now as Hortons exist! Beth keeps on top of everything and keeps you informed as things progress.

Deighton Mckenzie/Hortons are definitely the estate agents to go for if you are looking for exceptional service from a friendly team who help every step of the way to make your move as hassle free and positive an experience as possible.



Being able to contact them seven days a week via their instant messaging service was a big help and it really has felt like dealing with friends.
