Today’s exercises we are demonstrating the rollover and rollover prep exercises, a beautiful exercise which lengthens through your back line as you roll over, remember the weight should always be on the shoulders when over in balance and never on your neck (cervical spine) and my other video is separate today so scroll below to see how to do lunges correctly and why . Sorry for the delay in today’s post, I was issued antibiotics for my ear infection at last and the collection took a while, so today I thought we would think about the importance of your glute (muscles of your bum) function and why they are so important in performance of your movement and eliminating back problems and protecting your back in your very day life.

Hi guys, here’s a few exercises to help with sciatic pain, do you know you if you have piriformis syndrome or herniated disc causing the sciatic pain?, if you know which it is and you want further help then just ask. Any problems please ask, I like to work closely with sciatic pain as each person is different. I’ll BE BACK TOMORROW MORNING at 10.30am😃
Under strict instructions from my lovely husband to rest 🙈🙈most of you that know me well know that rest is not in my nature 🤦‍♀️😂, I am however out of my bed today thank goodness and on my feet just feeling a little groggy but definitely on the mend, it’s been a mixture of exhaustion and ear infection I think, luckily I have my ear medication in the cupboard as I get this often, but my body just wanted to sleep for nearly 2days 😂😴 ha ha, looking forward to seeing you all for a fresh week tomorrow morning though ☀️☀️☀️

Morning everyone I thought we would do something a little different today, I thought a stretch would be appropriate as we are all self distancing and in isolation and probably feel the need to lengthen and move the body, so click into this 30 minute stretch routine in the morning or at the end of the day whenever you feel you need it. The first part of the routine on the chair is both sides, the rest of the routine is one side so follow the video and take note of which leg you are using and then play again to repeat the other side.
