Welcome to Bodytalk For Ladies! Our club was established in October 2001 and are the only female health club in this area. We offer a fully inclusive membership with unlimited use, including a full range of aerobic classes such as, streetfit, kettlebells, spinning, pilates, yoga, boxercise and many more! We also have full use of a sauna, power plates, P. T sessions and inductions, all inclusive to members.
