Staff are always really helpful, I come to the exercise classes & have alot of fun whilst getting fitter. The girls are very motivational with a great sense of humour; definately suitable for all fitness levels.

User

My children had a really good time here all staff very helpful and especially one playing around with the children enjoying his job rather than just standing around. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

User

Just wanted to thank the supervisor and staff at Northamptons Boost today for dealing with an incident so professionally this afternoon, some children where being unkind to my daughter because of her hair, after telling the parents of the mean children what had happened the staff members all came over and told my daughter how pretty she was and how amazing her hair is. Very sweet she was very comforted by this

User

I would highly recommend boost. I have a ten year old and a seven year old who are both on the autistic spectrum and both felt relaxed and happy using the facilities. We have been to previous trampoline parks and have experienced non trained staff who weren’t very helpful but myself and my husband experienced quite the opposite here. Will definitely be going again.

User

I first did a front flip at my friends birthday party. Back then, times were hard. I had to climb the bouncy castle walls, jump down, bounce, flip and land on my two feet. Now #leicester has its very own trampoline park. And thanks to Spencer @boosttrampolinepark I learnt to somersault again within a short session on Friday night. We will be back soon where we’ll need help doing backflips

User

I absolutely love boost fitness I certainly wouldn't be where I am today without it. Although it's challenging it doesn't feel it it's just so. Much fun and laughter. I have made some amazing friends and the instructors are ace. They do the exercises with u and really push u through when you're struggling

User

Boost is a fun way to burn off all your children's energy. My daughter absolutely loves it here.

We come to the Boost Mini explore sessions which are great for the little ones, as they have access to the whole Park.

Fitness classes are fantastic too! Fun way to keep fit

User

The Kids loved it not to packed on trampolines and other parts they had great time only downfall was cafe took 23minutes to get served squash was yukky taste very very weak and coffee not to hot you need to sort out your refreshment people and get a pattern working missed half of watching kids bounce

User

Nicely laid out, good facilities, clean and great viewing balcony (if you can get a seat!). Only negative was that we felt their should have been a member of staff at the under 4’s session to stop some older children going into that area; this was happening fairly regularly throughout our session and it was a little dangerous for the very small kiddies.

User

I took my 6 year old daughter, had a great time. Disappointed that the total wipeout wasn't there when we visited. Supervising staff were very good, my daughter was using the foam pit to practice some of her gymnastics skills. They were very kind enough to step back to enable me to support her first few flips until she grew in confidence and did it on her own.

The cafe however was an absolute joke! We only wanted 2 bottles of drink and I had to queue for well over 10 minutes - when you have paid by the hour this is a large percentage of time spent queuing!

Would definitely come back as my daughter loved it!

User

great for the children but the cafe is terrible dirty tables very slow service food cheap and cheerful....needs more staff on the tills as it to much for the 1 girl and none of the other staff seemed to want to help the poor when it was really busy....at least 20 customers waiting

User

Nice clean environment with lots of space. Organisation of time slots and safety briefing was very good. Just a bit worried about the large number of people and very few staff supervising in each area

User

I’ve been to Boost many times before and booked my sons birthday party there this year. The kids had a fantastic time but the organisation needs attention. I was told my guests should arrive 30 mins prior to jumping. This is far too long for 12 hyperactive children to wait and felt like a life time to them! 1 hour jumping was great....can’t fault that, staff interacting with the kids was great! Then it goes back down hill.......food was pizza (from Pizza Hut) this was fine but expect this is why parties are more expensive than other places? Then the party organiser asked if we should play games and asked me if I had any prizes....I did but they surely could have provided a lolly pop or two for this? There was no plan of what to play, music system kept playing up and organiser did not control children. My child did have a good party but I’ll stick to standard bouncing in the future. Shame as it has the potential to be really good, which it needs to be for the price you pay for a party

User

After this being my second visit and it being a party one too for a friend's daughter. Myself and my daughter were looking forward to it. Everything went well upto when we went back into the party room. Pizza was just served (brought in by pizza hut) there was no chips or vegetable and no pudding either. The children were left to just play by themselves after the cake had Been done and happy birthday sang to the birthday child. The party organisers asked my friend if she would like her to cut the cake up and put in there bags, my friend said yes. Once this was done she then dished out the bags with birthday girl helping, my friend asked what about the party games and the organisers said oh i ran out off time due to cutting the cake up sorry. I really felt for my friend and the birthday child and don't think it is at all worth £17.99 per head. Plus 3.50 per head for the party boost bag. Sorry but I Think this is way too pricey for what you get. Plus my daughter was quite upset there was no ice cream she said you always get ice cream at a party mummy.

User

Totally shambles

Don't go often as feel it's expensive when paying for 3+ people

However my youngest has turned 5 as was now able to enjoy the whole experience and after seeing the offer of food with the price decided it would b a nice treat An not as expensive as they were fed to.

We spoke to staff twice over the phone to check the offer. On arrival paid an went to play with a food voucher

However when it came to the food. We were told "we have no chips"

Not once were we told this. No offer of a replacement option.

So they had just a hot dog, well I think the roll had been there all wk. Hard An nasty.

Manager didn't seem to care either

Won't b goin back anytime soon esp to eat

Ended up having to go McDonald's at my expense

User

Took our 3 children this morning for the Family Explore Session (Age 5, 2 and 16 months). All had a good time until an over-zealous Boost Team Member decided that the "1 person per trampoline" rule also applies to a 16 month old who clearly cannot navigate the main arena on his own and I was told that "this is what the Toddler Area is for"! Defeats the object of having a Family Explore session if under 5's are expected to stay in the Toddler Area regardless. Management were very apologetic but a poor end to an otherwise lovely morning.

User

Very disappointed with our visit today which was a birthday treat for my son using the voucher he asked for for his birthday..on arrival there were only 2 staff on the desk that seemed to be in a daydream and took ages to get the queue down resulting us being nearly 15 minutes into our 2pm session. Then we were told we couldn't bounce until we'd seen the briefing video which we have seen hundreds of times on prior visits! So not happy as we had to wait for other people to finish watching the video before we could see it and then by the time we had watched it it was 2.25pm which means the children will get half an hour of bouncing. Really not happy as you have spoiled our good friday family day out! Some feedback for you- when you book online you should be able to watch the safety video then to save wasting time when you get there..

User

If we had left straight after bouncing this review would have scored 4*, a trampoline park - not any different to any other I have visited, however I made the mistake of visiting the Cafe & it was horrendous.

Customer service? Are you kidding me! Staff member ‘M’ needs to have basic customer service training. Eye contact, communication and personality was zero, asked for a hot dog and a bagel - nothing too complicated I thought! 10 minutes later the hot dog arrived and was freezing cold so was sent back, I watched her handle the food (Gloves clearly not required as not used) and put it back in the warmer and bring it back 5 minutes later, child was hungry so just ate it. I asked her for my bagel ‘oh sorry I forgot’ and had to wait another 5 minutes and when she bought it back no apology, just put the plate down and walked away.

I spoke to a “manager”, again no apology just some garbled message ‘oh we only receive positive feedback’ REALLY? Clearly doesn’t review their customer feedback regularly.

I would never expect to order a hot dog and a bagel and be called ‘fussy’, this member of staff really lets your whole business down, her customer service was a shambles & reflected in the poor excuse of your manager & how she handled the situation.

Definitely will never visit the cafe again and just take my own food and drink.

User

How badly run, I’d leave no stars. Short staffed ... two on counter when we arrived so took so long to get in their session it had already started, never mentioned at this point they needed Logo Boost socks to go on. Then wouldn’t let them on because they didn’t have Boots socks altho they did have trampoline socks from another park. Guess what had to queue again... by this time half their session had gone and the management and staff couldn’t careless ... really badly run!!! Not happy with my experience at all
