I have suffered from periodic sciatica for some twenty years.
In May 2018 I was bed-ridden for a week, followed by a further week of shuffling around doing my best impression of Quasimodo. I ultimately recovered but when I was struck down again in September, with no improvement in sight after two weeks, I knew I had to try something new.
