A table keg is perfect for a bigger group of friends or work colleagues... Just over 30pints on your very own table so you can cut out the queues at the bar - less walking more drinking.
If 30pints is too much for your party over Christmas why not share a mini keg on your table which is just under 9 pints. Again.... Less walking more drinking.

Went with family for my husband's birthday. They got our granddaughter meal wrong but replaced within 10 minutes and took it off the bill. As for the parking signs thought they were very clear about resigning your car. Staff were great and would go back again.

User

Went for date nyt last nyt! We was running late and the man (Liverpool accent) was very friendly and nice when I rang to let them kno, food was amazing! (MAC cheese bites and rump steak) nice new revamp! As we were regulars wen it was riverbank! Not too impressed with the drinks menu! Had no idea what any of it was lol! But stuck to spirits! Overall realli good place and gd value for money! Will defo be returning! Thank u brewhouse and kitchen!

User

We dropped in here with no forward planning or research, just 2 hungry people having forgotten to eat and spotting this place as looking worthy of checking out. Well, the outside is fairly ordinary, but inside it's clearly had money spent on it, fun and funky, clean and looks like the staff really care about the place. Food was delicious, the staff were extremely friendly, and the beer I had (a Pogo Pale Ale from Wild Beer).. was properly tasty. Overall, superb "discovery" and one I'll have to drag my friends to when I'm not driving :) Highly Recommended.

User

Vegan options were great and great choice of craft beers! Definatelty recommend

User

Came here for an 8 beer tasting session and Rory took us through the wide variety of beers available. Also had a chat with the head brewer Andy. Great people with great knowledge about beer! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

User

Went to the pizza masterclass with my 5 year old and couldn't have asked for more. Little soft play area for the kids to play after and their own handmade pizza to take home. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Will definitely return

User

We dropped of here for a latte after walking 5.000 steps and trying to get our steps in for our 21 day 10.000 steps challenged . Very tired and appreciate the free water . Lovely and relaxing and friendly staff .

User

I booked the beer master class for 3 dads, I picked up a very happy bunch after! They thoroughly enjoyed it! Just hoping I don't get a parking fine tho I did register my car...but not during drop off (which took 2mins) only on collection that took 20 mins as they were running the class late..

User

Food was good, but we hadn't realised our table had a lunchtime menu instead of the evening one, so when I went to order/pay was advised it was more due to it being the evening, was a bit surprised by that as quite a bit more for the same food, main courses came quickly so we ordered desserts but after waiting nearly 40mins we asked for our money back as needed to get to the football, they were good about this and refunded without issue but a shame they took so long to do them as we were looking forward to them!

User

We were the only ones in there and it could have been warmer!.. I think we all had our coats on by the end of the meal. It’s a shame they don’t offer any NHS discount during the week to health care workers when so many other places do. We will go to a place that does next time. Brewhouse kitchen only offer discount to CAMRA members apparently, according to the waitress. She was very friendly so no complaints about her.

User

We first visited when re opened as it has always been one of our favourite places to sit out for a drink, seemed ok however we have been regularly since then as our baby grand daughter lives over the road and is handy for a pushchair walk however it has gone down hill rapidly, out side the last few months has been very dirty and unkempt very bad cleanliness issues, a real shame just needs a bit of tlc, the staff seem to sit and talk amongst themselves while customers appear to be ignored. Will not be going back .

User

Seriously unimpressed that I'm getting letters from parking eye after my partner parked and ate at the The Brewhouse. We ate at the Riverbank many times before moving to mansfield a year ago. Apparently the signage is clear and you have to type in your car reg at reception. I get why you've done it but seeing as there were only about 4 customers in staff should be trained to tell customers. Have challenged it but not heard back yet. Meant to be a relaxing experience going for a meal but this 100 pound or 60 pound potential fine has ruined it. Unlikely to go here again.

User

I ordered two hot drinks: a coffee and a hot chocolate. They took a long time to arrive, mostly because the bartender spent so long chatting to her fellow colleagues. When they arrived, the hot chocolate had marshmallows in - I hadn't been asked about them. I said to the tender that I couldn't have marshmallows because I was vegetarian, so she took it away again. Unfortunately, I witnessed her removing the marshmallows from the drink and returning it to me. I asked whether she'd removed the marshmallows and she admitted she had and I asked for a new one. To be honest, I'm not convinced that she made a new drink as the cup she gave me was the same as the original cup. Very disappointed.

User

fuming, i have used this place in its different names for over 30 years, occasionally driving in and parking there, not a regular, not been in my car since February this year but have had a drink on a few times in the summer,

when i have used the car park i have not had any problems, i parked there on December 5th for 1 hour 11 mins, there is a sign saying patrons only, but the smaller signs are there but not easily read in the dark, as ive parked there before i didnt feel the need to read the small print, not noticed anything in the pub to tell me to type my reg in a machine, certainly wasnt informed by the bar staff, i now have a £100 bill for just having a glass of coke,

i have read so many complaints on here and on trip advisor about this, so i presume if this carries on customers will go elsewhere, i can understand having restrictions in place on football or cricket days, this was a cold tuesday evening to be honest car park was half empty and pub very quiet

User

We booked for an evening meal and fireworks. When we arrived table not ready, waited then taken to table asked by 3 different staff what we wanted. Ordered drinks, had a shared starter and asked for a 10-15 minute break between courses, asked repeatedly if wanted main course. Felt rushed and food expensive and poor. We paid £10 for a Caesar salad with chicken, pork belly but fat unrendered and nasty. Ribs were fine. In their defence we spoke to manager who apologised and gave my daughter a free dessert & we had free drink. We are regulars at the Enbankment and will continue to be regulars as more relaxed environment & food a different class to what we received tonight.

User

Just recently moved to Nottingham and been looking forward to trying this place out. Booked last night for today to make sure we definitely got a table and even picked out what me and my wife were going to have. When we arrived we were seated at a table that was dirty and then got given a menu that was a "restricted menu" as they were "very busy", I have never seen this excuse for running a restricted menu in any restaurant/bar I have ever eaten in. Surely running the menu you advertise on the internet and explaining to guests that you are busy so food would take longer would be better? After looking at the poor choice of menu for 15 minutes without anyone coming to see us we decided to just leave and won't be returning! Very disappointed

User

I was very unhappy about the parking fine I received after eating here. The car park sign said it was free to patrons. Unfortunately I didn't read the small print which said you had to register your vehicle at the bar so the evening turned out to be very expensive indeed. The food wasn't great either. Very unhappy

User

I am again one of the customers slapped with £100 parking fine. No obvious signs at all! All high up, small print and unclear. I was only in the car park 40 minutes and clearly seated in my car on the pictures as I was waiting to meet friends to go into the pub who ended up cancelling. Great!! How am I supposed to have seen these signs when I did not even leave my vehicle??

I was a customer who had every intention to come in (not that it looks like it would have made a difference) but had friends unable to meet me. I didn't even leave my car! No obvious signs anywhere, just that it's for customers of the Brewhouse which we were going to be. Had I known I'd get £100 fine for sitting there waiting 40 mins for friends to meet, I wouldn't of bothered! I have been a customer here times before and never had trouble parking so your signs obviously aren't clear and you aren't helping customers out with the change you've made. Won't be coming back.

You say you don't want to catch customers out but seriously? Look at your review feed.

I understand you don't want others who aren't using the pub to park there but It is just NOT clear enough, rude letters from Parking Eye and not even a reason charge. The council only charge £25!! So why on earth £100?!

User

Hi there,

I am extremely disappointed with a parking charge notice that I received from Parking Eye. I went to Brewhouse & Kitchen with a friend on Sunday 6th May. We had a light meal and some drinks. What should have been a lovely relaxing afternoon out on a gorgeous sunny day has turned out to be an very expensive and surprising disappointing experience because of this.

I did not notice any signs; I had no idea that that my car details was meant to be provided to a member of staff, why is there not a notice at the bar? Why is the staff not trained to inform people of this potential charge? It is a small gesture that would make such a huge difference to the experience, as the venue in itself is very nice.

This feels so unfair, as if you are trying to catch people off guard and make money. I would have happily complied had I been informed, I don't get out very often and I work very hard for my money, and to be charged £100 parking charge is excessive.

I would not recommend this place, and I am unlikely to come back, and my experienced has been spoilt by this.

Could I ask that you look into this as this is such an unfair charge, and I think that Brewhouse & Kitchen should make more of an effort to inform users of the car park about this.

Kind regards

Jacqueline
