What a great experience! I went in and tried on nearly every style just for the elimination process... I then kept trying on similar ones that I liked but would find things I wasn’t sure about... I then showed the lady a picture of something that I didn’t think was possible and she said we have 1 it’s not the same but similar and it’s the only one in store... she pulled it out and put me in it... Wow.. I just didn’t speak, just kept starring, my mum (who is not a crier, cried!) it’s so stunning.



They made it comfortable and were not to pushy they left you to browse by yourself then helped you when trying on the dresses and made you feel really good about yourself.

Today I went to this lovely bridal shop on my own not really knowing what kind of wedding dress I wanted. I must say I was very impressed with the warm welcome I got, I was made to feel special by all the staff and an extra special thank you to Julie for having plenty of patience with me and looking after me and giving me some guidance but without being pushy. I would highly recommend people visit and have a look at the beautiful collection of dresses. Thanks again Julie for helping me find my lovely dress, showing my mum on FaceTime and making her cry � Hee hee x

Thank you SO much for my dress. I was interested to see one of your weekend sales, however, I will admit now, I was that sure I wouldn't find my vision of a vintage, off white style dress in your store that I went on my own! I showed an image I had saved from from your Facebook page to an assistant, knowing there would only be a very slim chance you would have it but you did.. in my size! And the rest is history. I bought it there and then on my own and have had so many compliments on it. The design is just beautiful and the detail is faultlessly intricate. Any unsure brides to be should get rid of any "outlet" prejudices they may have! My dress beat other much more expensive dresses I had tried on and I still admire it every day!

Me and my mam went to the shop on Saturday for the half price sale event. This was my first ever time dress shopping and I found my perfect dress. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived and showed us around and what to do. It was quite busy but we didnt have a very long wait. Julie helped me trying on the dresses and she was brilliant, I was sure I wanted a dress with sleeves but when I tried it on it wasnt for me. Julie told me to try a fitted dress which I thought wouldnt suit me but I loved it! And after 3 dresses I knew I found the perfect one and it was in the half price sale which was even better! Julie recommended which veil to wear and also a seamstress to make a few alterations that need doing. I would defiantly recommend to anybody as this was my first time dress shopping and I found a dress, there is something there for every shape and size! And there is a lovely surprise when you pay. Thank you Julie for making it such a lovely experience!

She was very patient, I was there a while and tried on around 10 dresses, but I kept going back to the one that Julie had picked out, which I fell in love with but it was a little tight. Julie explained how it could be altered but in the end I had enough time to lose a few pounds and it ended up fitting perfectly without being altered. It was the best choice, I love my wedding dress!

I went for my first wedding dress try on yesterday, currently losing weight for the wedding and not 100% confident with myself. I didn't have a clue what style dress I wanted.

The girls here we're extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. After trying on the dresses I'd picked out the girls picked a few more and 1 of them was 'the one' I walked away a very happy bride to be and with my dream dress and all it's accessories.

If your not sure what style you would like or even if you do check this place out as there choice is never ending and they and fantastic at what they do. Thanks again girls xxx

I was dreading dress shopping! Looking ridiculous squeezing myself into size 10’s, especially after phoning around local shops and being told ‘Oh yes we have plus size samples you can try on, how many?...4.’ It was totally worth the journey down to you guys and being able to try on dresses in a variety of styles that fit so that I knew how they actually looked on me. The first dress I tried on was what I thought I would look good in, but it did me no favours at all! The dress I bought was completely different to what I thought would suit me, but it made me feel a million dollars! And half the retail price too which is always a winner �

I visited the store yesterday and found my perfect dress! Thank you so much to Katie who was very patient with me and let me try on lots of styles to see which suited me the most!

She had excellent knowledge of the stock and made me feel really at ease as it was my first time trying on! I still can’t believe I found ‘the one’ so quickly! She made it easy!!

I had a nightmare with another store which left me little time to find a dress and it was too late to order. I had already fallen in love with another dress so it was not going to be an easy task... however the staff were fabulous, on my wavelength, finding dresses in the style i wanted and ultimately finding one i love! They made me feel amazing and i cant thank them enough!

I didn’t really know what to expect, as I hadn’t been to any fittings prior. My mum and I were greeted warmly by lovely Jamie, who showed us round and explained clearly how things worked, which really put me at ease. Having found some dresses I wanted to try, I had virtually no time to wait to start trying dresses on (I think there was only one other bride in the store at the time though). I was given the option of the curtained off private changing room, or the slightly bigger room shared with one other...I went for the bigger just coz I really wasn’t fussed. Jamie was lovely and friendly throughout the entire process, offering opinions and additional information where necessary, but never to over power. I umm’d and ahh’d over 2 dresses and she was very patient and understanding as I asked if I could try them both on again to compare them. Second time ‘my’ dress was on, I knew that was it, the one. I never expected to get sorted on my first day, in the first store I went to, with the first dress I picked up...but I’m so glad I decided to visit BFO! I’d heard lots of good reviews, and completely agree with all the positive comments I’ve heard/read. It really was a special time, and I can’t fault any part of it all. Only negative is I have to wait 13 months to get to wear my dress! Thankyou so much Jamie! Xxx

I came into the store on a whim last year with my mum to try on different styles. I never for a moment thought I would be walking away with a dress within the hour ! The staff were so helpful and friendly and I just knew my dress was the one ! We were served by Katie who was so helpful and helped me to find the perfect dress, after trying on 6 dresses I chose the first one i had tried on and it was not at all what I thought I wanted. Katie knew what she was talking about, helping me to choose dresses that suited me. I Would reccomend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I bought my dress from here around February. I finally got to wear it on Saturday the 9th of June. It is gorgeous. When I purchased my dress the girls were nothing but helpful. As I already had a dress which I decided wasn’t my dress they suggested I tried a few different ones just to make sure of what I actually wanted. There was no rush, I felt welcomed to stay as long as I needed. The girls were very open and honest with opinions on what suited me which was great as I can be very indecisive �. I attended the designer event last year, Having been to a few other outlet stores and not found ‘the 1’ mainly as there wasn’t enough choice. However when I walked into this store there was so much variety and as soon as I put my dress on I fell in love, my mom and maid of honour were in tears, I knew it was perfect, the girls were brilliant and patient and with my dress being in the event it was a really good price. I was over the moon can’t recommend this store enough!

I arrived at the shop 30 minutes before it was due to close for a "quick look." The girls were so helpful! I ended up trying dresses on but was very conscious of the time. I was made to feel very welcome, even though I was still there past the closing time. The dresses were amazing and I couldn't fault the help and guidance from the girls. I loved the Curvy Bride section. The sizes fit so well and I could actually try a dress on in my size (18) whereas in other shops they had me in 22-26 due to badly sized dresses. I ended up walking away with my dream dress and veil, after only popping in for a quick look around! I won't spoil the surprise for other brides who are going to buy dresses, but the end of the sale was a really nice touch and completely made the experience for me. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress! xxx

Had my wedding 2 weeks ago and thanks to you guys I felt absolutely amazing! A wonderful selection of stunning dresses at great prices. The lady who helped me (sorry I’ve forgotten your name) was so lovely and extremely helpful and kept bringing out dresses she thought i would like..... and she was spot on! The dress I chose was truly stunning and many of my guest said I must have spent thousands on it (little did they know the fantastic price)

Can’t thank you enough for such a great service and such a great dress. Definitely worth a visit.... you won’t be disappointed!

After going to the bridal factory outlet here today what a fantastic amazing place, extremely friendly, they go out of their way to go above and beyond. I have to mention Katie who was amazing, made me feel so relaxed and I looked and felt amazing. Lots of dresses to choose from and I would not hesitate in recommending here for anyone wanting a beautiful wedding dress and accessories and to get the bridal experience. 4 ladies all crammed into the changing room at once to try on dresses. Was told to pick three to try on to begin with and then they would work with what you like and go and get more dresses for you to try on... the lady who was assigned to me sent my mum off looking for dresses! Felt like she lacked knowledge and it was a bit of a chore to her. Won't be going back and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend. Lots of dresses but many had holes and damage to beading etc which is a shame.

My daughter made an appointment months ago to look at bridesmaid dresses, drove all way from Leeds to find they had the smallest collection of bridesmaid dresses ever seen and most of them in size 4 or 6 no good for 2of the bridesmaid who are a size 12 as couldn't try anything on..the staff very unhelpful or gave any advice just left us alone .came away very unhappy .... We came back to Leeds went somewhere else they couldn't do enough for us..big difference... and got the order for 3 dresses ... Wouldn't recommend looking for bridesmaid dresses here. Waste of Time and petrol

The girls here we're extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. After trying on the dresses I'd picked out the girls picked a few more and 1 of them was 'the one' I walked away a very happy bride to be and with my dream dress and all it's accessories.

If your not sure what style you would like or even if you do check this place out as there choice is never ending and they and fantastic at what they do. Thanks again girls xxx

I was dreading dress shopping! Looking ridiculous squeezing myself into size 10’s, especially after phoning around local shops and being told ‘Oh yes we have plus size samples you can try on, how many?...4.’ It was totally worth the journey down to you guys and being able to try on dresses in a variety of styles that fit so that I knew how they actually looked on me. The first dress I tried on was what I thought I would look good in, but it did me no favours at all! The dress I bought was completely different to what I thought would suit me, but it made me feel a million dollars! And half the retail price too which is always a winner �

I visited the store yesterday and found my perfect dress! Thank you so much to Katie who was very patient with me and let me try on lots of styles to see which suited me the most!

She had excellent knowledge of the stock and made me feel really at ease as it was my first time trying on! I still can’t believe I found ‘the one’ so quickly! She made it easy!!

I had a nightmare with another store which left me little time to find a dress and it was too late to order. I had already fallen in love with another dress so it was not going to be an easy task... however the staff were fabulous, on my wavelength, finding dresses in the style i wanted and ultimately finding one i love! They made me feel amazing and i cant thank them enough!

I didn’t really know what to expect, as I hadn’t been to any fittings prior. My mum and I were greeted warmly by lovely Jamie, who showed us round and explained clearly how things worked, which really put me at ease. Having found some dresses I wanted to try, I had virtually no time to wait to start trying dresses on (I think there was only one other bride in the store at the time though). I was given the option of the curtained off private changing room, or the slightly bigger room shared with one other...I went for the bigger just coz I really wasn’t fussed. Jamie was lovely and friendly throughout the entire process, offering opinions and additional information where necessary, but never to over power. I umm’d and ahh’d over 2 dresses and she was very patient and understanding as I asked if I could try them both on again to compare them. Second time ‘my’ dress was on, I knew that was it, the one. I never expected to get sorted on my first day, in the first store I went to, with the first dress I picked up...but I’m so glad I decided to visit BFO! I’d heard lots of good reviews, and completely agree with all the positive comments I’ve heard/read. It really was a special time, and I can’t fault any part of it all. Only negative is I have to wait 13 months to get to wear my dress! Thankyou so much Jamie! Xxx

I came into the store on a whim last year with my mum to try on different styles. I never for a moment thought I would be walking away with a dress within the hour ! The staff were so helpful and friendly and I just knew my dress was the one ! I got to wear it on Friday and it was the dress of my childhood dreams and at an affordable price that meant when I actually checked the price tag I didn’t have a heart attack !

I came in January with my Mam and Maid of Honour and the service we received was absolutely fantastic. We were served by Katie who was so helpful and helped me to find the perfect dress, after trying on 6 dresses I chose the first one i had tried on and it was not at all what I thought I wanted. Katie knew what she was talking about, helping me to choose dresses that suited me. I Would reccomend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I bought my dress from here around February. I finally got to wear it on Saturday the 9th of June. It is gorgeous. When I purchased my dress the girls were nothing but helpful. As I already had a dress which I decided wasn’t my dress they suggested I tried a few different ones just to make sure of what I actually wanted. There was no rush, I felt welcomed to stay as long as I needed. The girls were very open and honest with opinions on what suited me which was great as I can be very indecisive �. I attended the designer event last year, Having been to a few other outlet stores and not found ‘the 1’ mainly as there wasn’t enough choice. However when I walked into this store there was so much variety and as soon as I put my dress on I fell in love, my mom and maid of honour were in tears, I knew it was perfect, the girls were brilliant and patient and with my dress being in the event it was a really good price. I was over the moon can’t recommend this store enough!

I arrived at the shop 30 minutes before it was due to close for a "quick look." The girls were so helpful! I ended up trying dresses on but was very conscious of the time. I was made to feel very welcome, even though I was still there past the closing time. The dresses were amazing and I couldn't fault the help and guidance from the girls. I loved the Curvy Bride section. The sizes fit so well and I could actually try a dress on in my size (18) whereas in other shops they had me in 22-26 due to badly sized dresses. I ended up walking away with my dream dress and veil, after only popping in for a quick look around! I won't spoil the surprise for other brides who are going to buy dresses, but the end of the sale was a really nice touch and completely made the experience for me. Had my wedding 2 weeks ago and thanks to you guys I felt absolutely amazing! A wonderful selection of stunning dresses at great prices. The lady who helped me (sorry I’ve forgotten your name) was so lovely and extremely helpful and kept bringing out dresses she thought i would like..... and she was spot on! The dress I chose was truly stunning and many of my guest said I must have spent thousands on it (little did they know the fantastic price)

Can’t thank you enough for such a great service and such a great dress. Definitely worth a visit.... you won’t be disappointed!

After going to the bridal factory outlet here today what a fantastic amazing place, extremely friendly, they go out of their way to go above and beyond. I have to mention Katie who was amazing, made me feel so relaxed and I looked and felt amazing. Lots of dresses to choose from and I would not hesitate in recommending here for anyone wanting a beautiful wedding dress and accessories and to get the bridal experience. 4 ladies all crammed into the changing room at once to try on dresses. Was told to pick three to try on to begin with and then they would work with what you like and go and get more dresses for you to try on... the lady who was assigned to me sent my mum off looking for dresses! Felt like she lacked knowledge and it was a bit of a chore to her. Won't be going back and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend. Lots of dresses but many had holes and damage to beading etc which is a shame.

My daughter made an appointment months ago to look at bridesmaid dresses, drove all way from Leeds to find they had the smallest collection of bridesmaid dresses ever seen and most of them in size 4 or 6 no good for 2of the bridesmaid who are a size 12 as couldn't try anything on..the staff very unhelpful or gave any advice just left us alone .came away very unhappy .... We came back to Leeds went somewhere else they couldn't do enough for us..big difference... and got the order for 3 dresses ... Wouldn't recommend looking for bridesmaid dresses here. Waste of Time and petrol
