My Dacia stepway called Sandy had lost his mojo and forgotten how to keep the car cool in this unusually hot weather. So a trip to the car docs to get the aircon regassed was called for. I was there almost 2 hours but had already been informed it could be that long so i went equipped with tablet and mobile. Sat in comfy seats helping myself to coffee. All sorted no probs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you all.

I have been having my fiat called Polly serviced at BSM Renault Nottingham for a couple of years now as I was unhappy with the dealer where I had purchased her from. I have to mention Nicoletta who has been so professional and friendly on both occasions. At my last visit I mentioned I was looking at buying a new car and the Clio had caught my eye. Nicoletta introduced me to Matt Adams and Alex Murdoch. Wow I have never had such fantastic customer service as I have with these guys. They have been so honest and professional throughout as well as friendly. In previous years when buying a car I have felt pressured and also felt that the salesman is only interested in lining his pocket. With Matt and Alex I have felt relaxed and I also feel they have be totally honest at all times. They have explained every detail to ensure I understand everything , I have never wanted to buy a car from someone so much in my life. These guys put me at such ease that it was a no brainier. Matt and Alex are a credit to you at BSM Notts .I have my lovely Clio who I collected on Wednesday, her name is Cybil and I'm thrilled. I had to score the service out of 10 , if I could give 100 I would. I highly recommend !! If you are looking for a new car get yourselves down to Renault Bristol Street Haydn Road Nottingham and ask for Matt and Alex to look after you. I know exactly where I will be buying my cars from now now on. Thank you so much to you and everyone at BSM .It's been a pleasure.

Fantastic service couldn’t have asked for anymore help, Vikki assisted me with finding my radio code for my new car which wasn’t purchased directly from themselves but none the less she found it within minutes and I finally have a working radio! She showed me exactly where to find my chassis number and was able to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle with as much info as possible, thanks so much Vikki! X

Mixed bag so far. First time I needed to charge my Zoe it went flawlessly; spaces were kept free and staff knew precisely where the key to activate charge point was. Second time both the spaces were "ICED" by one car, couldn't locate the owner, and took 20 minutes from asking staff to unlock the charger for the post to be activated. Charging is a vital part of my working day as an instructor, and swift availability of it was a major selling point of the Zoe. Hopefully things can be better organised for future to make sure anyone can quickly find the key, and keep a sharper eye on ICE customers blocking the bays.

Score for customer service,0/10. WHY??? Pay a deposit on a vehicle, and a few weeks later they sell it to someone else!!!!! No customer care there!!!!!
