We offer a flexible space for dance and fitness classes and workshops.
We are currently host to yoga, pilates, tai chi, adult ballet, dance fitness. . .

The Brooke is a unique business within Syston, with a lot going on within a single building. Upstairs there is a whole range of beauty and holistic treatments available. Below is a the cafe where they serve fresh coffees and homecooked meals and cake. At the back is the Studio space (accessed from the alleyway) where we play host to various fitness classes and events.
