Our family owned caravan is a 2015 Swift Loire and is perfect for couples or families looking for that short break or holiday. Offering a 3 bedroom static caravan that sleeps 8, full central heating and double glazing, situated on RoseBank at Haven's 5* Flagship Primrose Valley Holiday Park, Filey, North Yorkshire East Coast

LOUNGE:
Adequate seating with a 32inch HD Ready TV with built in Freeview, DVD Player, 100 + DVD's, small Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth and USB, electric fire, Dining area and a Double Sofa Bed. FREE Unlimited Wifi

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with gas oven, 4 burner hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, under counter fridge freezer, all cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, coffee machine, steamer, slow cooker, iron, ironing board and high chair. (fire extinguisher)

BEDROOM'S:
One double bedroom with wardrobe and cupboards, two twin bedrooms with 2 single beds, wardrobe and cupboards. also equipped with a travel cot and full size hair dryer.

Shower Room with Hand Basin / Separate Toilet with Hand Basin

This is strictly a NO SMOKING holiday home, however you may smoke outside, a bucket of sand is situated underneath the caravan near steps (please make sure all cigarettes are fully distinguished)

BOOKING'S
A £75 security bond is required to secure the dates of the holiday at time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid in full or by instalments no later than 6 weeks prior to the holiday.

*The £75 security bond will be refunded within 48hrs of departure following a satisfactory inspection of our Holiday Home! PLEASE NOTE. . , the security bond is non-refundable if the holiday is cancelled, but any other amounts paid will be refunded within 7days of notification.

LOCAL AREA- The site offers a regular Bus service into Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. Filey is a 15-20 minute walk along the beach and approximately 5 minutes in the car. Bridlington is approximately 10 minutes drive in the car and Scarborough is approximately 10-15 minutes in the car.
