I'm a fully trained post /antenatal fitness instructor with a passion to help mums return to fitness or even start a new journey.
It's important to stay fit and healthy while dealing with the demands of parenthood and these classes encourage a way we can do both. Not only will you feel the benefits of exercising, but you'll also get to meet and spend time with other mums.
If the weather's nice, you can stay and enjoy the park after the session, and if you're wanting a cuppa to chat over, there's always the Leisure Centre cafe close by.

Session are £5 pay as you go, or £45 for a 10 day class pass.
