Bugtopia

Bugtopia is a great afternoon out. When we drove up I wasn't sure what to expect but when we arrived, we were greeted by a really lovely lady who showed us where to go. We thoroughly enjoyed the hour long bug presentation (£4 a person at time of booking online), we got to hold lots of different creatures and learnt a lot. Lee's enthusiasm for bugs is incredibly infectious!! We will definitely be building a bug hotel... and washing all shop bought fruit! Having been a bit 'Halloweened out' this half term we were going to bypass Wanda the witch, however after bumping into her outside her house Grandad couldn't resist getting two tickets for the kids. She was FANTASTIC!!!! Not sure who enjoyed the visit to her witch house more, the kids or us; we are definitely under her spell! Better than any other character we've taken the kids to see (...no offence Santa). Some of the money raised there is put back into helping rescued animals too... what's not to like! :-D

Great little trip with the boys, very educational, lovely staff and the food is amazing. The trip cost us alot less than other day trips out we've done.

Went for something to do with the kids my kids age's are 5,14 and 16 all three of them loved it and only cost £4 each to get in only lasted 1 hr but well Worthwhile . the handler was very engaging with everyone and was also passionate and very knowledgeable . I would defiantly recommend it

Website is terrible with little to no info, phone is never answered so I had to drive 30 and bang on the door for precise info.
