Literally best service ever from a class woman. Can’t remember her name, but she was a beautiful Jamaican lady. Asset to the company, give her a pay rise.

I went to go in tonight to use toilet i needed it badly to be told can not use unless i brought something i am pregnant and the lady made me cry as i had to wait ten mintues for my bus also then 15 mintues to get home

I was n't that impressed with the Long king burger. We ate there on Friday night. Fair enough it was late after 10. However we noticed a lot of the tables had rubbish on them obviously from customers not putting their burger wrappers in the bins . The bins needed emptying as they were over flowing. There was no one going around trying to clean the tables. To be honest I wouldn't eat there in the evening but I may consider going in at lunch time . However though I do like Burger King at Menorca . They are clean and the burgers taste a lot better than the ones you get here.

went in today around 5ish queued for ages then a women asked the staff(lady with hijab on) how long for my meal...she said with attitude" look at the queue there's only one person cooking the burgers"? then the meal came and she said I also ordered chips, so she fetched the chips smallest portion ever and just chucked the bag at the women so they landed on the floor, needless to say the woman went berserk...manager came, no apology at all and just gave her her money back...the member of staff smirking...really I wont be going back it was disgraceful

Why is it you order stuff & they don’t put it in as they think because it’s a Saturday night/Sunday morning you won’t know what you’ve ordered! So cross!!

Used to go in here all the time from work on my break from the buses but now all i can say is its a big shit hole. Had to ask for code to go toilet and please tell me how a disabled person can reach the numbers, come on you need to think again. Went in toilet it was a absolute shit hole toilet full off crap no toilet paper and quite frankly put me off my food. Shame staff didnt clean it out in there instead off dancing round counter. I deffo wont be using this burger king again

Waited in the que for around 5 minutes when my 3 year old needed the toilet. I asked at the counter to be told i needed to buy something first before i could get the code. The attitude that this nessage was portrayed in was terrible. Very bad slow service with a bad attitude to boot. Needless to say your competition down the road were much happier to help. You need to get your act together.

The worst ever!! Just been in to grab a bacon double cheeseburger what I got was 2 pieces of burnt rubber topped with dry non melted cheese and burnt what I think is supposed to be bacon! Can't even bite the thing! Disgusting doesn't even cover it! And the service... WELL.. Team members would rather stand having conversation with their friends than serve you, or wander round the back to tell the chef they are fed up and "can't be arsed" all the while a whole que of people are waiting to be served. No coke or number of other drinks available from the machine and the team just blame management "we have a new mangers and he hasn't got a fucking clue what he's doing" is the excuse I got.. appalling! Every time I've got a burger from here I've waited at least 15mins for it and yet it's never fresh, cheese is never melted ect.. I actually give up now thought it was just teething problems with new team ect but now there's just no excuse! Nobody cares might aswell close the place down! I most certainly won't be returning!

The worst Burger King meal my family and I have ever had!

We waited in line to get served, there was only 1 till open. The man at the till was taking everyone's order and asking us to wait to the side after ordering.

We was then given cups to get our drinks. No lids or straws given out. We then had to queue for the drinks at the machine. When i got to the machine there was only 1 of the 2 machines that had any drinks left in it and the one that was working only had coke and Diet Coke to chose from. There was no member of staff about to ask as I wanted a different drink.

We then got our food and there was no where to sit as it was dirty with rubbish. When we opened the food the chips were stone cold and the burgers were stone cold and the bread was stale

The few staff that were there didn't look happy to help anyone!

This was the worst meal we have ever had!!

Really need more/ new staff. One member of staff "taking orders" and I say that lightly. Took 3 orders at once and couldn't read the receipt tickets, trying to give us all the wrong stuff as she had been too busy playing with the ice cream machine for 5 mins. Kitchen seemed dead too despite there being a lot of customers. Defo won't be back. Also was given spoons in my milkshakes instead of straws????

I visited the Burger King on the market I think you seriously need to look at this

1st there service slow on a Sunday @20:45

2nd the quality of food

I have just eating here and I am very disappointed!!!! The service is ridiculously slow! We ordered a whopper tender crispy with mayo no BBQ sauce. It came with BBQ no mayo! The chips was cold! The tables was full of trays where the staff hadn't cleaned them! There was no lids or straws being handed out or in the stand! There was hardly any drinks left to chose from! For the toilet!!!!! Wow it was disgusting the stench was vile!!! It made me heave when I entered the toilet!!! I have never got myself and my daughters in and out of a toilet so fast!!! This is unacceptable!!!

Honestly one of the worst places to go, visited on my lunch break from work, was waiting for 30 mins for an order that I had places on the screens. Two people serving one had no clue what to do and the other stated she couldn't be bothered to serve food. Order was wrong! And for an order to be over £8 you would expect good and fast service. Since you are supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Will deffinatly not be coming back again to any burger king.

Get home half my order missing should have checked before leaving store

Entering this specific Burger King (nottingham market square) was not a problem, trying to get the attention of the staff members in the back was a problem after a 5 minute wait the security staff shouted excuse me to a reply from the female staff named jade was “what” and when he said can you serve customers she then got up from where she was sat down to then look at us and say “for fucks sake” then to proceed with “what you having” then when I received my whopper meal for £6.29 plus and extra 50p for large fries which I never stated i wanted to go large I then asked for a cup for my drink which I was then told I don’t get a drink with my go large meal? I looked at the receipt which states large freestyle which in my knowledge is sure entitled a drink.. to then be told 3 times I can pay for a drink, but then was offered by my companion (my mother who was disgusted in “jades” choice of language) to have her drink who may I state ordered the same meal as me and got a drink? To then go round to the seating area where every table bar 1 had empty wrappers and food all over ate my luke warm food and on leaving the restaurant found people to proceed queuing with no staff serving!

Disgraceful. I waited for 15 mins for an order of hash browns and 3 people who came in after me were served hash browns! If she hadn't already taken my money I would have walked out the door! All I got was sorrys about how there was a new girl who took my order... well how bout don't put a new person on the till and leave her hanging by herself! Seriously I'm surprised Burger King in the U.K. Is still even in business... looking through all these reviews... a transaction that should only take 5 mins tops took 15-20 mins.

Burger Sloths...



I came in here at 8pm on the 2nd of December with my girlfriend. Upon walking in we saw it was not really very busy. There were two people in front of us in the queue - one of them was already being served so we thought it would just be a couple of minutes before we'd be served... Given these places as supposed to be 'fast food' restaurants. I haven't been into a Burger King for what must be 10 years, as we tend to dine in the more upmarket places. However, we were short on time as we wanted to catch a film so we thought we'd slum it and be able to get a burger relatively quickly here before we saw our film.



I have never seen staff members move more slowly. They were like that sloth in Zootopia! I realise Burger King ain't no Hilton Hotel... but the staff members moved with so little enthusiasm and vigour it was painful to watch. There were plenty of staff members on, but they were just so slow. We stood in the queue for ten minutes and in that time the people who were being served when we first walked in were still being served. There were also people stood around waiting for their order.



In the end we walked out and went to Subway... where we had our sandwiches within 5 minutes. I realise these people are paid minimum wage and treated like sh*t, so why would they make an effort to work on an efficient service. But this place was an all round disaster! Never again!

Absolutely disgusting.... The time waiting, disorganised staff, the girl who served me didn't know how to use the till, tried to overcharge me... When questioned got very flustered and kept messing up, place untidy, felt very sorry for the guy sweeping up..... Still waiting for food 15mins later... Will not be coming back.

Absolutely disgusting service I have a disability and have a child with me I asked for the code for downstairs toilets to be told I had to go upstairs explained to the lady I couldn't make it she just starred at me with a blank look. 5 mins later a young girl with clearly no disability was given the code. Food was also burnt and cold disgusting!!!!!
