Was our first Open Mic Night on Friday. Went down a storm! Hopefully it will be the first of many and anyone who missed it can join us!

We were very disappointed with our afternoon tea we ordered with presecco not knowing that you don’t get a cup of tea � with it . It is afternoon tea so you have to have tea with it shall not recommend this

Had the beef Bourguignon & what a let down seen more meat on a butchers apron

Came out just warm & having eaten it felt like going for a meal.

At over £15 each it’s a rip off.

Guess what will not be back

We had a Mother’s Day breakfast booked for 10:30am but walked out at 12pm having only had 1 drink. As we walked in a customer walking out told us what bad customer service it was and that they had waited 20 mins before they’d even took a drinks order... in hind sight we should’ve took their warning but gave the place the benefit of the doubt. We were seated but had to ask to be served drinks after waiting a while. The place was not busy at all! Took our food and drinks order at the same time.. drinks came out about 30 mins later, they also had no pancakes ( kids were disappointed) , and still were waiting ages for our breakfast. We also saw another customer have an argument with staff and left. So after having to wait to be served and wait for our drinks to come and not even had our breakfast yet we decided to leave. It was the staff and the managers attitude that was appalling. The guy behind the bar was the only one to apologise and said we didn’t have to pay for our drinks.

Mix up with drinks - our Cokes were flat and new drinks didn't arrive till we'd finished starters and were halfway through mains.

The quality of food served is not the same as it was a few years ago. I felt like our Beef parmentier had been microwaved...or overheated. Didn't taste fresh. I don't feel it's the restaurant it once was.

Waiters not attentive like the ones in Zizi's opposite. Won't be rushing back.
