These systems will enable the company to demonstrate due diligence at all stages of the manufacturing process, incorporating adherence to specific legislation & codes of practice in the manufacture of high quality, safe & legal food products. Calder Foods operate in adherence to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety [Issue 6] & in late December 2013 maintained their Grade A accreditation status.

Calder Foods (Manufacturing) Ltd have made up a team, to take part in the Prudential Ride London - Surrey 100 Mile Bike ride, to raise money for The Wooden Spoon charity supporting disadvantaged young people in the UK and linked to British Rugby Union, England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Andrew Bulman and Jack Barker will be putting their fitness to the test; with a mission to complete the route inside 8 hours.
The event takes place on Sunday and the ...team aims to raise £5,000 in sponsorship!
