I just wanted to thank you all for the experience over the last few weeks of buying our caravan. I have never experienced such amazing service from each individual. You all are such a great team and work very professional from start to finish. When we arrived on our first day of viewing the caravan we turned up at 4.30 and even though you close at 5, you stayed open a...nd showed us around 3 caravans, the gentleman who showed us was very knowledgeable about the vans and very helpful on the cold evening. When we decided to buy you gave us such a good deal we couldn’t resist. We returned today to collect our caravan and was showed around the van and how to work all of the elements by a very lovely man who answered all questions and knew a lot about touring. He gave us very good advise to look after the van and even offered us tea and the children biscuits. We are both so happy with your service and the caravan purchased from you today’. We have spent the last few months driving all over the North West to look at caravans. We found a layout we liked but not the right caravan, also the attitude of many of the dealerships was putting us off wanting to give them any of our hard earned money. We saw a caravan on the website that we fancied having a look at and drove the 2 hours to see it. We were met by the lovely Lisa who made us a brew and showed us around the caravan we came to view. She then showed us round a few other options and we ended up finding something different that we loved. Paul and Lisa have both been brilliant, we are first time buyers and they have offered us loads of help and advice over the last few weeks. Thanks so much we love our new caravan and thank you for the flowers you didn't need to do that but it was a lovely gesture. I would recommend anyone to come to Caravans UK they actually know about caravans unlike some places we visited and will be able to find you exactly what you want.

We collected our coachman Saturday and now just waiting for the sun and Friday to come to take it out.

Collected our new van on friday and was clean and tidy great handover and the handover video was very helpful (great idea guys) excellent service when buying the van kept very well informed throughout the process the best dealer buy i have ever had by far. Had a small hiccup with the heating as we were at clumber park paul came straight out to get the problem fixed ( how many dealers would do that i know only caravansuk) will definitely recommend to other people if i could give more stars I would have. Thanks paul lisa and david again keep it up�

Absolutely first class service from Paul and Lisa at Caravans UK. Hand over video prior to collection is a great idea as it gives you a basic overview of your caravan which can be referred to anytime you need it.

Would definitely recommend these guys to anybody considering buying a caravan. We live 2 hours away and wouldn't hesitate to use the again in the future.
