Went to baby bounce for the first time today much better than expected and baby seemed to like it too. We often go to the library to get books for my 6 year old son. Staff are friendly, it's always warm and there's seats to share a story with your children.

We love Carlisle library. Every Tuesday we come to sing rhymes in the children's section and my daughter loves the fun! The staff are polite, helpful and caring. Thank you!

Great library not been for years as dnt live in carlisle, attended compost critters activity it was excellent- n also my 14 yr old son was helped by a lovely lady to find books he loves to read n join the library- very impressed xx

Carlisle Library is totally great. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there is something for everyone! Baby Bounce, IT Sessions, Large Print Books, a dedicated crime section (perfect for me!). I'd be lost without my local library!
