From all the guys at The Richard Herrod Centre.
Thye Notts & Lincs air ambulance is Richard Herrod's chosen charity. Every year thousands of pounds is raised thanks to the generosity of Richard Herrod staff and customers. Are we satisfied? To be honest no we would like to raise more for this life saving wonderful cause. Many hearts have been touched and lives have been saved by Notts and Lincs air ambulance and that's why we would like to raise more. One of the main ways is by raffles. We rely totally on donations, so this is where you can play a huge part. If you have any unwanted items that have not been used we would really appreciate your donations. Why not pop in and buy a strip for £1 and hope to win a prize. Let's keep this helicopter flying and saving lives.

What a pleasant place to be! The family had a great time in the pool. The facilities are clean and well kept and the staff were really nice. A great place to visit.

User

We had a fantastic time on the Jungle Fun Run bouncy castle for our son’s 3rd birthday party today. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The staff at the centre were very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything at various points. Great service all round

I recently joined the DNA scheme and today I visited Carlton Forum with my two daughters for the first time. The facilities for the children are fantastic and both my girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Many thanks to Sam for showing them what to do on the machines and for being so patient and helpful. I would also like to give a massive thanks to all the staff who were involved in finding my eldest daughters purse that she lost upon leaving the centre. Steve found it on the other side of the road outside the building and therefore clearly went above and beyond in his duties. We can't thank you enough! Looking forward to hitting the gym and swim again and again :-D

User

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party there... the staff were amazing... so helpful, they got everything ready before we got there and couldn't do enough for us when we were there... recommend to anyone... fab!

User

Fantastic support from Liam with regards to my children's swimming lessons. He went the extra mile to work with us to find the best instructor to suit their needs and personally reviewed their status when we were concerned over their progression. Would seriously recommend airing any concerns with him as he is really helpful and will do his utmost to sort out any worries you may have. My children are now starting to progress and we are seeing a visable difference. Thanks Liam

Crash course swimming lessons are the best.

User

Most of the lockers in the swimming pool area don't work and when they do some of the black bands on the keys have been snapped off so you can't wear them on your wrist

User

Just visited today for the first time in quite a while and was shocked at how tired and dirty the pool area was, including chipped tiles on the walls and black mould in the toilet sinks and changing room areas. Pool was ok, although it was advertised has a public swim the pool was sectioned off with other swim/lifeguard lessons happening. So room was quite restricted

User

The new layout of the free weights not very good dancing around every body and cannot get around to put weights on without getting stuck
