Well where do I start! Couldn’t thank carol and her team more for everything they done in making everything perfect. I got my 6 bridesmaid, 2 maid of honours and 2 flower girls dresses from here and they where just perfect so many compliments on them. And also got grooms, groomsmen, Paige boys and fathers suits from here too, they all fit perfectly and looked so handsome! If I could give you more than 5 I definitely would. Thanks again for making everything so stress free!

The service here is impeccable, they really know their stuff. We went in to get a prom dress for my daughter, Carol and all the ladies there were extremely helpful and there were no issues whatsoever. They made a possibly stressful choice into a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Thank you to Sue, Chloe (the bride), Ellaine (grooms mum and I (brides mum) were so impressed with your five star service. We loved every bit of our appointment, never felt rushed or pressured and Chloe felt very special. You were the first shop we went to and we are so happy we found you! Myself and my 2 bridesmaid & my mum walked into this lovely bridal shop after spending 3 hours elsewhere and having a horrible experience. The shop was full however they still allowed us to look around at bridesmaid dresses! They also squeezed us in to try on a dress even though they were busy and we didn’t have an appointment! So so helpful and kind and we will definitely be booking an appointment soon!

Just purchased my daughter's prom dress from Carol. I can not praise this Boutique enough. There was so many choices, different styles and colours. We were not hurried into a decision and never felt that we were taking too long (although we were there a while!) We are delighted with our choice and the excellent advise we received on fitting and alterations. I can highly recommend this wonderful service. Thank you all so much.

I was a last minute bride and they did what seemed liked the impossible - they had my dream dress found and fitted to me and did everything they could to make sure the process was seamless in such a short amount of time. I am absolutely thrilled and feel as though as I have walked away from the experience with 3 new friends. Thank you for helping me make my day so special � pictures to follow!

I went to Carols bridal to try on some wedding dresses, not only did I find my perfect dress that day but I also got both my bridesmaid dresses and two flower girl dresses from carol as well. I have been a bridesmaid a few times in the past few years and have accompanied the brides to Carol Roberts and watched them choose their dresses, the level of service provided has always been superb, so you were an obvious choice! I booked 4 fittings around Cumbria and you were my first and last stop in the end! I felt amazing in my Nicole Spose gown and the veil you picked to go with it was perfect. I doubt anyone has picked a wedding dress faster! Thank you so much � i will continue to recommend you, you really helped make our day perfect.

I had such a lovely appointment on Saturday in the new Bridal Suite (which is absolutely stunning) with the lovely Sue I never expected to find my dress on my very first appointment but so pleased I did. With such an amazing selection of gorgeous dresses I just knew as soon as I tried on 'the one' Thank you so much to Sue for helping me on saturday, me my mum and bridesmaids all had such a lovely time. Looking forward to coming back for our bridesmaids appointment.

Got our groomsman suits from here and they looked stunning, organised at short notice due to other companies not being up to standard and messing us about, Carols Bridal Boutique kitted out our 8 groomsman and everything was perfect, amazing service and friendly staff!
