What an absolutely awesome show!! We went to see Bowie starman tribute band "Blackstar" and they were amazing!! I would definatly go and see them again. The venue was great, staff incredibly helpful and friendly and free parking which is an added bonus.

On behalf of all of Spectrum Club, I would like to thank the management and staff at The Castle for hosting our autism friendly private hire this morning. We were all very impressed with the staff, their friendly and accepting attitude.

The theatre is making great strides for inclusivity of 'invisible' disabilities and we will support you wherever possible.

We also appreciated being able to get delicious coffees. We hope to be back very soon, thanks once again xx

User

Me and my son came to watch early man today with the spectrum club . The staff were very friendly and understanding and we had a great time and managed to watch the whole film whereas in the past we haven't made it past the trailers as it was too dark and too loud . Thankyou so much for letting us use your theatre and hope it can continue as an autism friendly screening in wellingborough

Fantastic screening of early man for spectrum club. Thank you for doing an adapted screening for our big and little ones.

The lighting and sound was perfect, my son was engaged more than I thought he would be.

The quiet area looked fab (we didn’t need it) just what our children would need.

Staff were lovely and helpful.

All in all it was a ⭐️ fantastic ⭐️ first time experience for my son who has never been to anything like this.

Can not wait for the next time.

Thank u again.

User

A wonderful and stress free visit to the Cinema with our spectrum friends this morning! Staff were extremely friendly and very understanding. Thank you, looking forward to visiting again :)

User

Only giving 2 stars because my daughter enjoyed the actual show (Teletubbies Live) but the availability in the car park is ridiculous and had cars taking up 2 spaces. Should have a system in place where you have to scan your ticket for the show you're seeing that day. My biggest gripe is 1 male member of staff who was letting people into the top floor of the seating. Telling me (not even politely) that I wasn't allowed to take photos of the show or of my own daughter. Would love to know the law whereby I'm not allowed to take photos of my own daughter!! He was a jobsworth and needs to lighten up. I went to see the The Wiggles in Birmingham in August and took photos and videos of the whole show with no problems and the staff were so happy and enthusiastic. Think your member of staff needs to get a smile and some more customer service training. Took photos anyway but won't be coming to this establishment again. All the way from Nottingham aswell.

User

Great venue which I have used many times however last time I was there I found 3 members of bar staff to be very rude & spoke to me like I was something they had just stood on. I think they could all do with a course on customer service & manners. They have totally put me off the venue which is a place I have used many times.
