Sugar Free Pancake Recipe Ingredients: • 130g plain flour • Half a tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda • 1 tea spoon baking power ... • 240ml milk • 1 large egg Method: 1. Place the flour in a large bowl and mix in the bicarbonate of soda and the baking power 2. Crack the egg into the milk and whisk until well mixed 3. Add the milk and egg mixture to the dry ingredients and using a metal spoon mix well until no lumps remain 4. Pour some of the mixture into a lightly greased non-stick frying pan and cook on a medium heat for a minute. Then flip the pancake over and cook for a minute on the other side. 5. Top your pancakes with fresh fruit
